Work Year for 12 Month Supervisors. A. The work year for a 12 month Supervisor will be based on 245 days. The work year will also include 15 holidays where a 12 month Supervisor will not be expected to work. B. If a 12 month Supervisor begins employment after July 1, salary, vacation and sick leave will be prorated based on 245 days. C. If a 12 month supervisor begins employment after July 1 or terminates employment before June 30, salary will be calculated using a per diem of 1/245. Payments for accumulated vacation time will be calculated at a rate of the supervisor's yearly salary divided by 245 as per Article III, Section 5 upon termination of employment.

Work Year for 12 Month Supervisors. A. The work year for a 12 month Supervisor will be based on 260 days. The work year will include 15 paid holidays and 20 paid vacation days (years 1-5) resulting in 225 work days. In years 6-10, the work days will be reduced from 225 to 220 days and shall remain in effect for the duration of employment. See Article 3 Section 3, Vacation Entitlement for further information regarding reduction in total work days. B. If a 12 month Supervisor begins employment after July 1, salary, vacation and sick leave will be prorated based on 260 days. C. If a 12 month supervisor begins employment after July 1 or terminates employment before June 30, salary will be calculated using a per diem of 1/245 (required work days plus vacation entitlement). Partial year payments will be compensated at a per diem of 1/245 for required work days, including vacation days taken or to be taken. Payments for accumulated vacation time will be calculated at a rate of the supervisor's yearly salary divided by 225 as per Article III, Section 5 upon termination of employment.

  • Work Year The full-time work year for all employees employed in EA and ECE job classes shall be a minimum of 194 work days to correspond with the school year calendar.

  • EMPLOYEE WORK YEAR 9.1 The work year shall be as follows:

  • Work Plan Coordinate a work plan including a list of the proposed meetings and coordination activities, and related tasks to be performed, a schedule and an estimate. The work plan must satisfy the requirements of the project and must be approved by the State prior to commencing work.

Employees required by their respective appointing officers to work on any of the above specified or substitute holidays, excepting Fridays observed as holidays in lieu of holidays falling on Saturday, shall be paid extra compensation of one additional day's pay at time-and-one-half the usual rate in the amount of 12 hours pay for 8 hours worked or a proportionate amount for less than 8 hours worked provided, however, that at the employee's request and with the approval of the appointing officer, an employee may be granted compensatory time off in lieu of paid overtime pursuant to the provisions of Section III.E.2. 111. Executive, administrative and professional employees designated in the Annual Salary Ordinance with the "Z" symbol shall not receive extra compensation for holiday work but may be granted time off equivalent to the time worked at the rate of-one-and-one-half times for work on the holiday.

  • Planning Period All observations must be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the employee.

  • Normal Work Week The normal work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours, and the normal daily hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours, exclusive of a meal period. The normal work week shall be Monday through Friday and the normal workday shall be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Specialist Schools Allowance Funding equivalent to that which a maintained school with the Academy's characteristics would receive in respect of their participation in the specialist schools programme. In the year of conversion, this may continue to be paid by the Local Authority;

  • Construction Period During the construction period, Redeveloper agrees to keep the construction area, including completed operations insured against loss or damage by fire, and such other risks, casualties, and hazards as are customarily covered by builders’ risk or extended coverage policies in an amount not less than the replacement value but allowing for reasonable coinsurance clauses and deductibles. In the event of any insured damage or destruction, Redeveloper agrees to use its good faith efforts to commence restoration of the Private Improvements to its prior condition within nine (9) months from the date of the damage or destruction, and shall diligently pursue the same to completion.
