Work Year for Counselors. The work year of Grades 7-12 counselors shall be five (5) days beyond the Traditional calendar. Compensation for these additional days is reflected in the counselor Salary Schedule in Appendix A. These additional days of service shall be determined by the Principal unless otherwise agreed to by the employee and the Principal. Counselors (grades 7-12) shall have up to four (4) additional days a year to be paid at per diem rate. These days shall be mutually agreed upon by the site administration and the employee and shall be completed in full day increments. Additional hours may be assigned by the Principal with the consent of the employee. Compensation for any additional hours shall be at the hourly rate or accrued as compensatory time as described in Article 4.5.

Compensation for any additional days shall be at the daily rate unless there is mutual agreement between the Principal and the employee for the employee to be compensated with in-lieu time. These compensatory days shall not be included when calculating the counselor’s accrued “in-lieu” compensatory days. However, the same rules as indicated in this Article shall apply when counselors submit their requests to utilize these compensatory days.

  • SCOPE OF ARCHITECT’S BASIC SERVICES 3.1 The Architect’s Basic Services consist of those described in this Article 3 and include usual and customary structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services. Services not set forth in this Article 3 are Supplemental or Additional Services.

Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Compensation to Engineer A. City agrees to pay to Engineer for all services outlined in Section III, a base design fee in an amount not to exceed $183,050.00. The following services are not included in this base fee:
