Common use of Workday Clause in Contracts

Workday. The ten (10) hour shift schedule shall provide for a ten (10) hour work day consisting of ten and one-half (10 ½) hours to include one (1) thirty (30) minute unpaid meal period and two (2) fifteen (15) minute rest breaks. (See section 11.6 of the Agreement).

Workday. The ten nine (109) hour shift schedule shall provide for a ten nine (109) hour work day consisting of ten nine and one-half (10 9 ½) hours to include one (1) thirty (30) minute unpaid meal period and two (2) fifteen (15) minute rest breaks. (See section 11.6 of the Agreement).
