The parties wi ll act ively st rive t o i mprove al l com munication p rocesses bet ween m anagement an d employees in relation to workloads, with t he sp ecific obj ective of en suring t hat wo rkloads issues raised by employees are investigated, understood and resolved.
Workload & Change. The parties further agree and acknowledge that employees and management should ensure that as changes or new processes are adopted, every reasonable endeavour is made to achieve a balanced workload for all employees. The parties will actively strive to improve all communication processes between management and employees in relation to workloads with the specific objective of ensuring that workloads issues raised by employees are investigated, understood and resolved. If a group or individual on a floor or unit identifies workloads issues relating to staff shortages, increased resident demands or for any other reason, they need to notify the coordinator or supervisor of that work unit before the completion of the shift, outlining the nature of the issue, the possible reasons for it and a suggested solution. Where a individual has indentified a workloads issue, then they should identify any tasks they are safety able to not complete during the course of the shift and advise the co-ordinator or supervisor of these tasks. The unit co-ordinator or supervisor shall notify the management within 24 hours of the following:

  • Room Change Residents may submit requests for housing assignment changes. Students are not permitted to move or trade spaces without administrative approval. Once a housing assignment change has been approved, the resident must move in accordance with prescribed timeframe and abide by all appropriate key policies. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action and fees associated. Students are financially responsible for rate differential if applicable.

  • Service Changes PBI may modify its Service by giving written notice to you (a “Service Change Notice”), which will state whether the change is material.   • Shift Change Where employees are assigned mid-week to work a non-day shift (whether due to emergencies or a shift change) and as a result lose a shift in the regular work week, such employees will be paid six (6) hours for such loss of earnings.

  • NETWORK CHANGES 3.1. Sprint shall provide notice of network changes and upgrades in accordance with §§ 51.325 through 51.335 of Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Sprint may discontinue any interconnection arrangement, Telecommunications Service, or Network Element provided or required hereunder due to network changes or upgrades after providing CLEC notice as required by this Section. Sprint agrees to cooperate with CLEC and/or the appropriate regulatory body in any transition resulting from such discontinuation of service and to minimize the impact to customers, which may result from such discontinuance of service.

  • Change in Scope of Work Any change in the scope of the Work, method of performance, nature of materials or price thereof, or any other matter materially affecting the performance or nature of the Work shall not be paid for or accepted unless such change, addition, or deletion is approved in advance and in writing by a valid change order executed by the District. Contractor specifically understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the District shall have the right to request any alterations, deviations, reductions, or additions to the Project or Work, and the cost thereof shall be added to or deducted from the amount of the Contract Price by fair and reasonable valuations. Contractor also agrees to provide the District with all information requested to substantiate the cost of the change order and to inform the District whether the Work will be done by the Contractor or a subcontractor. In addition to any other information requested, Contractor shall submit, prior to approval of the change order, its request for a time extension (if any), as well as all information necessary to substantiate its belief that such change will delay the completion of the Work. If Contractor fails to submit its request for a time extension or the necessary supporting information, it shall be deemed to have waived its right to request such extension.

  • Major Change (2) For a major change referred to in paragraph (1)(a):

  • Schedule Change When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay shall be waived by the employee. When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, overtime compensation for that workday, but not for work over forty (40) hours per week, associated with the changed schedule shall be waived.

  • Work Schedule Changes 215. It is agreed that pursuant to the exercise of management rights, normal work schedules may be changed without mutual agreement, subject to compliance with other provisions of this Agreement. However, it is agreed that the effects of consequences of such changes are subject to the meet and confer obligation to the extent required by state law.

  • CONTRACT ITEM CHANGES A. If a manufacturer discontinues a contracted item, that item will automatically be considered deleted from the contract with no penalty to Contractor. However, H-GAC may at its sole discretion elect to make a contract award to the next lowest Respondent for the item, or take any other action deemed by H-GAC, at its sole discretion, to be in the best interests of its Customers.

  • Staffing Changes The Director’s prior written approval is required for the Consultant to remove, replace or add to any of its staffing identified in Attachment B of an Approved Service Order.
