Worksite Access. (a) The Employer may grant Union Representatives access to the premises for Union business subject to prior permission of the General Manager or designate. Access to the premises for Union business will not be unreasonably denied.
(b) Union membership meetings may be held on Employee premises subject to the approval of the Employer. Access to the premises for Union membership meetings will not be unreasonably withheld.
Worksite Access. A. CCPOA stewards or representatives seeking access to the employees in a work or secure area, or to review documents, shall provide the department head or designee with reasonable advance notice of the visit. Access may be denied or delayed or limited for reasons of safety, security, public order, or other business-related reasons. Access to employees shall not be unreasonably withheld.
B. Access to work locations solely for the purpose of observation of the worksite, not involving discussion with employees, may be granted with reasonable advance notice with an appropriate escort. On occasion the representative may need to talk confidentially with the employee or take confidential notes. Under these circumstances, management agrees, if requested by the representative, to ensure reasonable physical separation between the escort, the representative and the employee. However, for legitimate business-related reasons, the representative may be required to take notes or communicate with the employee at an alternate location.
C. CCPOA representatives and two (2) designated CCPOA BTF Representatives will be eligible to apply for a CDCR Contractor’s ID subject to all applicable rules. Once approved, they will be eligible to renew on a yearly basis. For initial IDs or for renewals prior to the fifteen (15) days before expiration, CCPOA representatives may secure IDs at locations in the Central and Southern regions, as well as at Headquarters in Sacramento. The specific locations will be provided to the CCPOA Chief of Labor. Renewals with less than fifteen (15) days before expiration shall be secured only at Headquarters in Sacramento.
Worksite Access. Union organizers and representatives may have access to staff meetings to present and gather information, address issues, and distribute materials relevant to the Union. Worksite Access. Section 1. Union representatives shall have the right to use the City’s break room at the Corporation Yard for Union meetings during the employees’ lunch break. The Union shall provide a written request five business days prior to the date requested.
Worksite Access. 00.0. Xxx assume all liability for damages to footpaths, xxxxx, drains or other property for any deliveries beyond the kerb line and are responsible for any salvage charges incurred in returning the vehicle to the roadway. You are responsible for the removal of any mud or clay from the delivery truck wheels and the removal of mud or clay tracked on footpaths or roads by the delivery trucks.
Worksite Access. 16.7.1 Emergency services and access protocols
16.7.2 Emergency access protocols will be developed by all contractors. HS2 will ensure that the requirements of the relevant fire authority and for ambulance use will be followed for the provision of site access points. The accesses may vary over time.
Worksite Access. 7.1. The Client shall, prior to commencement of the Works:
(a) Make sure the Worksite access is always available and free from any obstructions or barriers to enable the Contractor to deliver any Materials or commence the Works as agreed. Heavy equipment (including trucks or trailers) may be necessary to make Delivery, therefore the Worksite needs to be able to sustain the weight of such equipment and/or vehicles. The Contractor does not accept any liability for loss or damage caused to the Worksite, during access, except if proven to be, due to the carelessness or inattention of the Contractor; and
(b) Make certain the Contractor, has easy access to water, electrical power supply and toilets facility, as required, or alternatively the Client agrees to supply a generator and port-a-loo, such costs shall be borne by the Client; and
(c) Upon request from the Contractor, the Client agrees to provide a safe and protected storage space on site for any Materials and/or the Contractor’s equipment and tools. The Client accepts responsibility, if any of the stored items are destroyed, stolen and/or damaged by the likes of vandals and agrees to meet the cost of replacement or repair, regardless should any insurance claim be declined; and
(d) For the sake of health and safety on the Worksite, the Client agrees:
(i) To remove any items or personal effects that may obstruct or delay the Contractor in completing the Works in the timeframe agreed; and
(ii) Confirm the Worksite location is safe and stable (including but not limited to, any buildings or foundations, or if equipment for which the Materials are to be mounted or installed is secure). The Contractor reserves the right to halt the Works and seek and EOT as per clause 7.2 without penalty, if the Contractor believes for any reason, the Worksite not to be safe.
(e) Advise all underground or hidden services, if the Client is unsure of the locations of all utility and hidden services in or around the Worksite area, the Client agrees to engage a third-party contractor to mark the exact locations of any underground pipes or cabling including plumbing, gas or electrical and any other services known to be on the property. The Contractor will always use all due care to avoid damaging any such services.

Worksite Access. Classroom: To the extent possible, no more than two teachers will be assigned to a classroom. Classrooms will be equipped with partitions/dividers and equipment to minimize sound disruption. Classrooms will have sufficient storage including a secure space for teachers to store their personal and professional belongings.
