X iscellaneous. This Addendum supersedes any previously signed addendums. If, during the term of the Amended Contract, it is found that a specific clause of the Contract or this Addendum is illegal in either federal or state court, the remainder of the Contract and Addendum shall not be affected by such a ruling and shall remain in full force and effect.   • M iscellaneous 14.1. In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, misstatement or error appearing in translations of the particulars and the Online Terms and Conditions to any other language (if any), the Online Terms and Conditions in the English language shall prevail.
