Xxxx Leave Payoff. Employees with 10 or more years of continuous/uninterrupted service with Pershing County shall be paid twenty-five percent (25.0%) of their current base rate of pay for up to four hundred (400) hours of accrued, unused sick leave on record upon retirement from the County or upon death. There shall be no other payoff for unused sick leave.
