Xxxxx of Accrual. Effective January 1, 2005, and based upon a pro rata share of a full- time work schedule, paid time off is earned as follows: From Date of Hire Through 59th Month: Based on the first day of employment, from the first full month to and including the fifty-ninth (59th) full month of continuous employment, regular employees shall accrue paid time off at the rate of .0577 per compensated straight time hour (.0577 x 2080 annual hours = 120 hours per year).

Xxxxx of Accrual. Effective upon ratification between the parties paid time off is earned as follows: From Date of Hire Through 59th Month: Based on the first day of employment, from the first full month to and including the fifty-ninth (59th) full month of continuous employment, regular employees shall accrue paid time off at the rate of .07538 per compensated straight time hour (.07538 x 2080 annual hours = 156.6 hours per year). From the 60th Month Through 119th Month: From the sixtieth (60th) full month to and including the one hundred nineteenth (119th) full month of continuous employment, regular employees shall accrue paid time off at the rate of .09462 per compensated straight time hour (.09462 x 2080 annual hours = 196.8 hours per year). From the 120th Month Through 179th Month: From the one hundred twentieth (120th) full month to and including the one hundred seventy ninth (179th) full month of continuous employment, regular employees shall accrue paid time off at the rate of .10423 per compensated straight time hour (.10423 x 2080 annual hours = 216.8 hours per year).

  • Rate of Accrual All full-time employees shall be credited with five (5) hours of paid sick leave per pay period.

  • Maximum Vacation Accrual Employees may accrue vacation up to a maximum of two hundred forty (240) hours. An employee who has reached the maximum accrual level may continue to accrue vacation until his or her next anniversary date, at which time any vacation accrued in addition to the two hundred forty (240) hour maximum accrual will be extinguished. With the written approval of the appropriate Vice President, an employee may accrue more than two hundred forty (240) hours of vacation when he or she is precluded from taking a previously scheduled vacation because of University needs. Any such written approval will specify a timeline for the employee to use any excess vacation accrual, after which any excess vacation accrual will be extinguished.

  • Vacation Accrual Regular employees shall accrue hours of vacation with pay for each hour of compensation to a maximum of eighty (80) hours per biweekly work period according to the following schedule, commencing with the employee's hire date of his latest period of County employment.

  • Annual Leave Accrual If an employee leaves State Classified employment and is later rehired, he/she shall accrue annual leave at the same rate as a new hire. However, once a rehired employee has been in pay status for five (5) years, all previous service time shall be credited for annual leave accrual. The only exception shall be for employees rehired who repay severance pay received.

  • Leave Accrual After the first 30 days of active military service in any one calendar year, employees shall not accrue City-paid vacation, holiday, or sick leave benefits or other forms of paid leave; provided, however, that any public employee on military leave for intermittent training periods shall continue to accrue the same vacation, sick, and holiday leave up to a maximum period of 180 cumulative days per calendar year as if the employee had not been on military leave.

  • Use of Accrued Leave During an Approved Period of Leave Without Pay.

  • Leave Accruals Accumulated annual leave, personal leave, and sick leave balances will automatically be frozen for the duration of the leave of absence. The employee will not accrue leave credits during the leave of absence.

  • Interest Accrual Each Class of Notes will accrue interest on its Note Balance for each Interest Period until the Note Balance has been paid in full at a rate per annum equal to its Note Interest Rate for that Interest Period. Interest on the Class A-1 and Class A-2b Notes will be calculated for each Interest Period on the basis of the actual number of days in the Interest Period and a 360-day year. Interest on the Notes (other than the Class A-1 and Class A-2b Notes) for each Interest Period will be calculated on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months. Interest on each Note for each Interest Period will be due and payable on the related Payment Date.

  • Maximum Accrual Vacation credit may be accumulated to a maximum that can be earned in four (4) years. Further accumulation will not continue when the maximum is reached. When an employee’s vacation reaches the maximum level, and if the employee has been denied vacation during the twelve (12) months, the employee will be paid for the time denied but no more than eighty (80) hours in a pay period.
