Discrimination Complaints. The Subrecipient assures that it will notify the public that complaints of discrimination in the provision of transportation or transportation-related services or benefits may be filed with the State, FTA, or USDOT. The Subrecipient assures it will promptly report to the State any civil rights complaints it receives.
Discrimination Complaints. If a Classified Employee believes discrimination has occurred, the Classified Employee may file a complaint with the Department of Human Resource Management Office of Equal Employment Services, with the appropriate University office, or with the appropriate federal agencies. All Participating Covered Employees and applicants for employment after the Effective Date of the University’s initial Management Agreement with the Commonwealth shall file a complaint with the appropriate University office or with the appropriate federal agencies.
Discrimination Complaints. (1) Any person or any specific class of persons, if they believe they have been subject to discrimination prohibited by this subpart, may file a written complaint with any FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103–354 office, or, if they prefer with the Secretary of Agri- culture. Persons who complain of dis- crimination will be advised of their rights to file complaints. A complaint must be filed not later than 180 days after the date of the alleged discrimi- nation, unless the time for filing is ex- tended by the Secretary of Agriculture.
(2) A complaint filed with the County Supervisor or the State Director will be referred promptly to the Adminis- trator, Attention: Equal Opportunity Officer. Attached to the complaint should be a statement by the County Supervisor or State Director identi- fying the recipient and type of assist- ance provided by FmHA or its suc- cessor agency under Public Law 103– 354, indicating whether a non- discrimination agreement has been signed, and giving any other available pertinent information about the com- plaint. [41 FR 40112, Sept. 17, 1976] FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103–354 employees, FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103–354 borrowers, contractors, packagers, and others who provide housing for sale or rent, are obligated under the provisions of title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 to provide fair housing to all persons regardless of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
Discrimination Complaints. (1) Com- plaints against FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103–354 em- ployees or borrowers under title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 received by the County Office will be sent to the State Director. The State Director will forward the complaints to the Adminis- trator, Attention: Equal Opportunity Officer.
(2) Complaints of discrimination against packagers, contractors or oth- ers with whom FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103–354 deals should be filed with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. How- ever, these complaints may be accepted by FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103–354 employees and rout- ed through the State Director to the Administrator, Attention: Equal Op- portunity Officer.
Discrimination Complaints. An employee and / or the Union may file a complaint concerning a violation of Section 3 of this Understanding and such a complaint shall be processed in accordance with the EEO Complaint Investigation and Resolution Procedure of the City of Berkeley Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program available on-line on the City’s IntraWeb, Department of Human Resources, or by contacting the City’s Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity Officer. The employee has the right to be represented by a Union representative at all stages of the informal and formal complaint investigation and resolution procedure; (2) the Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity Officer shall meet with and report to only the City Manager during the formal resolution process; and
Discrimination Complaints. The complaint procedure set out in section 7.9 shall not apply to the investigation of complaints filed under Federal and/or State law. Complaints Not Subject to This Procedure: Complaints alleging discrimination, harassment and/or suspected child abuse by a unit member shall not be subject to this Complaint Procedure.

If a complaint alleges discrimination, the Human Resources Director shall be immediately informed and, upon completion of theirr investigation and review, shall advise the County Administrative Officer (CAO), the department and the employee of the resolution of the complaint.

Discrimination Complaints. 35 There shall be no discrimination in hiring, upgrading, demoting or transferring, as to race, 36 creed, color, national origin, sex, marital status or dependents, political party or union affiliation. 37 Complaints regarding the application and interpretation of this Section of this Agreement may be 38 processed in accordance with the grievance procedure established in this Agreement, but any 39 such complaints shall not be subject to the arbitration procedure established in this Agreement. 40 This does not prohibit arbitration of a grievance which primarily involves a complaint alleging 1 violation of a different Section of this Agreement and a violation of this Section is alleged only 2 as a secondary complaint.
