YOUR DEBIT CARD. To use this Service, your debit card must have been issued by a licensed U.S. bank and be accepted on the Visa or MasterCard network (which can be ascertained by checking the debit card for the appropriate logo). The types of debit cards that can be accepted for the Debit Card Deposit Service are subject to change at any time in our sole discretion. Please note that the amounts you add to your Stash Banking Account may be charged almost immediately to your bank account. You may not use a credit card to deposit money using this Service. If you attempt to use a credit card for the Debit Card Deposit Service, we are not responsible for any fees, finance charges or penalties that your credit card issuer may assess as a result of the transaction.

YOUR DEBIT CARD. A- Your Debit Card is issued inactive and sent to your mailing address. Your debit Card may be used to obtain cash or puchase goods or services by means an Eletronic Funds Transfer, or may be used with your signature(following your Daily limit). Transactions conducted using a PIN (ATM or Point of Sale transaction), are not considered to be Visa Card transaction, and are governed by the Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement. Please read the Debit Card Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure carefully, as these disclosures define your rights and responsibilities, and those of Banco do Brasil with respect to the Debit Card. B- Debit card activation system and PIN (Personal Identification Number) Generation To activate your Debit Card and/or generate a PIN (Personal Identification Number) call 0-000-000-0000 (Toll free in Brazil) or +0-(000)-000-0000 (from the USA and other countries). Selected the required option to activate your respective Debit Card and follow the instructions given by the automated voice system. In order to activate your Debit Card and/or generate a new PIN (Personal Identification Number) the following information is required • Your complete Debit Card number • The last four digits of your registered identification (CPF, SSN, others) • Date of Birth of card holder (in American format MM/DD/YY) • CVV (three security digit on reverse side of card) • Expiration date (as displayed on your card MM/YY) The option to activate your Debit Card by email will remain, however PIN will no longer be sent by mail.

  • Debit Card You may use your debit card to purchase goods and services any place your debit card is honored by participating merchants. You agree that you will not use your debit card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state or local law. Funds to cover your debit card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. If the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the credit union will pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts, approved overdraft protection accounts or loan accounts that you have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your account, you agree to make immediate payment of any overdrafts together with any service charges to the Credit Union. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. You may use your debit card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) in automated teller machines of the Credit Union, CO-OP Network, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. At the present time, you may also use your debit card to: • Make deposits to your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings and accounts. • Transfer funds from your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Obtain balance information for your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and credit accounts. • Access your Transfer Line of Credit or other line of credit account. • Make POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with your debit card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa. • Order goods or services by mail or telephone from places that accept Visa. • Pay bills directly by telephone from your checking or savings account in the amounts and on the days you request The following limitations on the frequency and amount of debit card transactions may apply: • There may be a limit on the number of debit card purchases you make per day. • You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. You may not transfer more than the available balance. • See the Section called “Transfer Limitations” for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. • There are daily withdrawal and purchase limits. You will be notified of these limits by the credit union before you receive your access card.

  • Visa Debit Card You may use your Card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your Card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Funds to cover your Card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. If the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the Credit Union may pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts, approved overdraft protection accounts or loan accounts that you have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your Account, you agree to make immediate payment of any overdrafts together with any service charges to the Credit Union. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. You may use your Card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) in ATMs of the Credit Union, Plus, VISA, CO-OP, and ACCEL networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. At the present time, you may also use your Card to: • Make deposits to your share savings and checking accounts. • Transfer funds from your share savings and checking accounts. • Obtain balance information for your share savings and checking accounts. • Make certain loan payments from your share savings and checking accounts. • Access your Personal Line of Credit account. • Make POS (Point-of-Sale) transactions with your Card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa. • Order goods or services by mail, Internet or telephone from places that accept Visa. • Some functions may be limited at non-proprietary ATMs; features may be limited to POS only, according to merchant. • Withdraw funds from your share savings and checking accounts. The following limitations on the frequency and amount of Visa Debit Card transactions may apply: • You may make 15 Debit Card purchases per day. • You may purchase up to a maximum of $3,500.00 per day. • You may make 15 cash withdrawals in any one (1) day from an ATM machine. • You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day from an ATM machine, if there are sufficient funds in your account. • You may make 15 POS transactions in any one (1) day. • You may purchase up to a maximum of $3,500.00 from POS terminals per day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. • You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. • If you incur a charge in a currency other than U.S. dollars, the charge will be converted into the US dollar amount. Please see the Foreign Transactions section below. Also, transactions in certain countries may be blocked and will require a manual or verbal authorization for approval. Please check with us prior to departure to determine if your destination country is atfected. However, the right to deny such transactions is within our sole discretion and atfected countries may change at any time.

  • Your Card You can use your Card to withdraw cash, deposit money, transfer money and pay for goods and services where your Card is accepted as a means of payment. Your Card expires on the date shown on the Card. When your credit card facility agreement ends or your Account to which your debit card is linked is closed, you agree to destroy the Card by cutting it up. See below the risks to you of someone using your Card, including one that you fail to destroy.

  • Credit Card If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be prompted to provide your credit card information and will be presented with a screen that reflects the amount of your subscription, the amount of fees that would be charged by the credit card issuer for the transaction and the total amount payable.

  • Mastercard Purchases and cash withdrawals made in foreign currencies will be debited from your account in U.S. dollars. The exchange rate used to convert foreign currency transactions to U.S. dollars is either a government-mandated exchange rate or a wholesale exchange rate and is selected by MasterCard. The rate MasterCard uses for a particular transaction is the rate MasterCard selects for the applicable currency on the day the transaction is processed. This rate may differ from the rate applicable on the date the transaction occurred or was posted to your account. A fee of up to 1.00% will be charged on all transactions completed outside of the United States, where the cardholder’s country code differs from the merchant’s country code. All fees are calculated based on the transaction amount after it is converted to U.S. dollars. These fees are charged except where excluded.

  • Secondary Cardholder You may not request an additional Card for another person.

  • ATM Card If approved, you may use your card and personal identification number (PIN) in automated teller machines (ATMs) of the Credit Union, Instant Cash, and Cirrus® networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. For ATM transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for ATM overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges. At the present time, you may use your card to: - Make deposits to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings and checking accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings and checking accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings and checking accounts. - Make point-of-sale (POS) transactions with your card and personal identification number (PIN) to purchase goods or services at POS terminals that carry Instant Cash, and Cirrus® network logo(s). - Access your Overdraft Protection account. The following limitations on ATM Card transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of cash withdrawals you may make in any one (1) day. - You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - There is no limit on the number of POS transactions you may make in any one (1) day. - For security purposes, there are other limits on the frequency and amount of transfers available at ATMs. - You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. Because of the servicing schedule and processing time required in ATM operations, there may be a delay between the time a deposit (either cash or check) is made and when it will be available for withdrawal.

  • Visa Check Card If approved, you may use your Visa® card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. However, you may not use your card to initiate any type of gambling transaction. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Funds to cover your card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. For ATM and one-time debit card transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges. For other types of transactions, if the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the Credit Union may pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts, approved overdraft protection accounts, or loan accounts that you have established with the Credit Union. In addition, you may use your Visa card without a PIN for certain transactions on the Visa, Instant Cash, and Cirrus® networks. However, provisions of this Agreement relating only to Visa debit transactions, such as additional limits on your liability and streamlined error resolution procedures, do not apply to transactions processed through non-Visa networks. To initiate a Visa debit transaction, you may sign a receipt, provide a card number, or swipe or insert your card at a point-of-sale (POS) terminal and choose to route the transaction over a Visa network. At the present time, you may also use your card to: - Make deposits to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings and checking accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings and checking accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings and checking accounts. - Make point-of-sale (POS) transactions with your card and personal identification number (PIN) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa. - Order goods or services by mail or telephone from places that accept Visa. The following limitations on Visa Check Card transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of Visa Check Card purchases you make per day. - Purchase amounts are limited to the amount in your account. - You may purchase up to a maximum of $2,000.00 per day. - There is no limit to the number of cash withdrawals you may make in any one (1) day from an ATM machine. - You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day from an ATM machine, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - There is no limit on the number of POS transactions you may make in any one (1) day. - You may purchase up to a maximum of $2,000.00 from POS terminals per day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - For security purposes, there are other limits on the frequency and amount of transfers available at ATMs. - You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.

  • Your Rights If You Are Dissatisfied With Your Credit Card Purchases If you are dissatisfied with the goods or services that you have purchased with your credit card, and you have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant, you may have the right not to pay the remaining amount due on the purchase. To use this right, all of the following must be true:
