Your Group. You agree that You are responsible for the conduct of Your Group, and any of Your Group’s visitors, guests or invitees, and must ensure they follow the terms of this Agreement as though they had signed Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that You remain wholly responsible for the actions of Your Group at all times and You indemnify the Territory and EPIC Management in respect of any claim for compensation for any lost, stolen, damaged or otherwise compromised property or any loss or damage caused by any injury or death as a result of the acts or omissions of Your Group. Only the members of Your Group are authorised to enter the Campground and occupy Your Site under this Agreement. You must not permit any other person to occupy Your Site without the express approval of EPIC Management. You must ensure Your Group does not occupy or interfere with any other Site while using the Campground. You must ensure that any member of Your Group under the age of 18 is at all times accompanied by a responsible adult whilst on the Campground.

Your Group. If the Personal Data being processed by Iress is data in relation to which a member of Your Group acts as Controller then all rights afforded to You and all obligations applicable to You in this Schedule shall also be deemed to apply to the relevant member of Your Group. A 10% late fee will be charged if not paid by this date. The Assuming Institution shall consult with the Receiver and not later than five (5) Business Days after Bank Closing shall provide written notice to the Receiver of the number (if available), identity (if available) and addresses (if available) of the Eligible Individuals who are qualified beneficiaries of the Failed Bank and for whom a "qualifying event" (as defined in Section 603 of ERISA) has occurred and with respect to whom the Failed Bank's obligations under Part 6 of Subtitle B of Title I of ERISA have not been satisfied in full, and such other information as the Receiver may reasonably require. The Receiver shall cooperate with the Assuming Institution in order to permit it to prepare such notice and shall provide to the Assuming Institution such data in its possession as may be reasonably required for purposes of preparing such notice.

  • New Mexico Employees Health Coverage A. If Contractor has, or grows to, six (6) or more employees who work, or who are expected to work, an average of at least 20 hours per week over a six (6) month period during the term of the contract, Contractor certifies, by signing this agreement, to have in place, and agrees to maintain for the term of the contract, health insurance for its New Mexico Employees and offer that health insurance to its New Mexico Employees if the expected annual value in the aggregate of any and all contracts between Contractor and the State exceeds $250,000 dollars.
