Accounting. Universalsolutions gmbh will provide you with your invoice in electronic form. The invoice is deemed to have been received as soon as you can retrieve or take note of it under normal circumstances. Universalsolutions gmbh can adapt the terms of use (GTC). We will inform the user about this by email to the email address provided by him. Changes are generally considered accepted, but the user has the right to object in writing within seven calendar days. Universalsolutions gmbh is not liable for damages caused by the use of the QMApp, except for damages caused by intention and gross negligence. Universalsolutions gmbh is furthermore not responsible for the contents of links to other apps, programs or homepages, if these were created by the user. The same applies to links which are used by universalsolutions gmbh in the QMApp and which are clearly marked as third party content. Universalsolutions gmbh has the right to assert claims for compensation against the user - in particular for damages - if the user does not use the QMApp in the intended manner or damages its software by modifying the QMApp (hacking).
