Common use of Audit Clause in Contracts

Audit. You hereby agree that - in addition to any other license compliance checking set forth in this Agreement or elsewhere - GRAPHISOFT has the right to visit You at the premises where You use the Software upon 7 (seven) days prior written notice in order to check Your records, systems, facilities to verify that Your use of the Software is fully in line with the provisions of this Agreement and with the applicable rules of law. GRAPHISOFT may also appoint a third party to exercise its audit rights. You hereby agree to fully cooperate with GRAPHISOFT in order to successfully perform this verification among others by providing GRAPHISOFT with all requested information and documents.
