Common use of Notices Clause in Contracts

Notices. 13.1 Notices by the Customer to ASK4 shall be made to the Registered Office address of ASK4 (see xxxx://xxx.XXX0.xxx/xxxxx/xxxxx) or such other address as ASK4 shall from time to time advise. 13.2 Notices by ASK4 to the Customer shall be sent to the Term-Time Address of the Customer or sent by email to the email address held by ASK4 for the Customer.
