Abandoning Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.5.1.

  • The Party taking over prosecution, or maintenance will, in a timely manner, solicit the Abandoning Party’s comments in prosecution matters related to such applications, including any correspondence between the Abandoning Party and any government intellectual property or Patent authorities, agencies or other government bodies, in reasonably sufficient time prior to filing thereof, and shall give due consideration to the Abandoning Party’s comments.
