ACCESSION CERTIFICATE definition

ACCESSION CERTIFICATE means an accession certificate (by way of deed) in the form or substantially the form of schedule 6 and entered into or to be entered into by a Permitted Borrower as an acceding Borrower and the Facility Agent;
