AML Requirements definition

AML Requirements means all other applicable laws relating to money
AML Requirements has the meaning specified in Section 3.9.
AML Requirements means all: (i) Applicable Laws relating to money laundering or the funding of terrorist activities, including the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (Canada), Parts II.1 and XII.2 of the Criminal Code (Canada), and the Financial Transactions Reporting and Analysis Centre of Canada (“FINTRAC”) Guidelines; (ii) Sanctions lists or schedules maintained under the Special Economic Measures Act (Canada), the United Nations Act (Canada), the Freezing Assets of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act (Canada) or the Criminal Code (Canada), the Justice for Victims of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act (Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Law) (Canada) or on any other similar list published by Governmental Authority; or sanction, directive or other action by Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada, IIROC or any other Governmental Authority regarding terrorism, money laundering or sanctions (economic or otherwise) (“Sanction Laws”); and (iii) Applicable Laws relating to scanning and reporting and other obligations related to politically exposed persons or heads of international organizations.

Examples of AML Requirements in a sentence

  • A Noteholder may also be obliged to provide information they may have previously identified or regarded as confidential to satisfy the Issuer AML Requirements.

  • The Issuer reserves the right to request such information as is necessary to verify the identity of a Noteholder and the source of the payment of subscription monies, or as is necessary to comply with any customer identification programs required by FinCEN and/or the SEC or any other applicable AML Requirements.

  • Upon the reasonable request of the Trust or its agent, and in accordance with AML Requirements, the Company with provide sufficient documentation regarding the Company’s compliance with AML Requirements.

  • Many jurisdictions have adopted wide-ranging anti-money laundering, economic and trade sanctions, and anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, and regulations (collectively, the "AML Requirements").

  • We will ensure the ability of federal examiners to obtain information and records relating to AML Requirements and the ability of you and the Fund or your agents to inspect our records and facilities regarding compliance with AML Requirements.


More Definitions of AML Requirements

AML Requirements means the requirements of any legislation, regulation or rule applicable to either Party relating to anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, anti-bribery, economic sanctions or any similar regulatory issue;
AML Requirements means any and all requirements under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) and associated legislation, guidelines and programmes of Australia;
AML Requirements means Anti-Money laundering regulatory requirements and include the following legislation:
AML Requirements means the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Xxx 0000 and corresponding Rules together with all Guidance Notes, Rulings and other publications issued from time to time by the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (“Austrac”) and the AML/CTF Program adopted from time to time by the Bank in accordance with them;
AML Requirements means the following, the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017, the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and the Terrorism Act 2000 and all other applicable laws relating to money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions and financial crime (as amended or replaced from time to time), and interpreted taking appropriately into account any applicable regulatory or industry guidance or codes of conduct including the UK Joint Money Laundering Steering Group's (JMLSG’s) guidance for the financial services sector;
AML Requirements means the “ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING REQUIREMENTSattached hereto as Exhibit F.
AML Requirements has the meaning given to that term in clause 18.2.
