Authorized Version definition

Authorized Version means for any Included Program, the version made available by Licensor to Licensee for distribution on a DHE basis hereunder. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, “Authorized Version” shall in no event include any 3D version of an Included Program.
Authorized Version for any Included Program, means the Standard Definition version and, as identified in Exhibit A (or, for Included Programs that are not listed in Exhibit A, if available,), the High Definition version., in each case in the Licensed Language.
Authorized Version means for any Included Program, the version made available by Licensor to Licensee for distribution pursuant to the terms hereunder.

  • For each Rights Token Authorization, Licensee shall cause the Coordinator (as defined in the UV Agreements) to deposit into the UV account of the applicable UV Customer a Rights Token (or in the case of a UV HD Upgrade, update a pre-existing Rights Token) for the applicable UV Included Program in the Authorized Version, which such Rights Token shall reflect via metadata, among other things, the applicable Licensed Language(s), resolution and country in which the transaction occurred.


More Definitions of Authorized Version

Authorized Version means, with respect to a VOD Included Program, the VOD Authorized Version and, with respect to an ODRL Included Program, the ODRL Authorized Version.
Authorized Version of an Included Program shall mean the version made available by CDD to Amazon; provided, however, that for Included Programs that are also available on DVD, CDD shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Amazon of any material differences (e.g., deleted scenes or changed music) between the content of the Included Program and the content of the movie/program on DVD (it being understood that the existence of such differences will be the exception rather than the rule). For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing notice requirement shall apply only to the content of the applicable movie/program itself and not to any “bonus materials” (including, without limitation, interviews, extra scenes, behind the scenes, etc.) or other content other than the movie/program itself, it being understood that the Included Programs will not include any such “bonus materials” or any materials other than the movie/program itself. Furthermore, Amazon acknowledges that there may be more than one version of a title on DVD (e.g., special edition, anniversary edition, director’s cut, etc.) and that, unless CDD indicates otherwise, the Authorized Version shall correspond with the initially launched version of such title on DVD. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the parties acknowledge that the encoding, playback, authoring, chaptering and/or user experience for DVD viewing will differ from those of Included Programs provided hereunder (e.g., Included Programs will not have chaptering) and that such differences shall not cause an Included Program to be deemed to not be in the Authorized Version or to otherwise be a breach of CDD’s obligations under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, “Authorized Version” shall in no event include the 3D version of an Included Program.
Authorized Version with respect to an Included Program means the version made available by Licensor to Licensee for distribution on a VOD or SVOD basis hereunder, as applicable. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, “Authorized Version” shall in not include any 3D version of an Included Program.
Authorized Version for any Included Program, means the standard definition, high definition, and any other version made available by Licensor to Licensee hereunder in Licensor’s sole discretion; provided, however that Licensor shall make available to Licensee all versions of such Included Program made available by Licensor during the Term in the Territory to any Other Distributor including HD, 3D and widescreen versions, and language versions other than the Licensed Language); provided, however, that for 3D versions, Licensee must agree to any terms and conditions agreed to by any such Other Distributor that are directly related to the 3D format and Licensor shall not be required to make available to Licensee any version of such Included Program made available to any Other Distributor as part of a Test. “Availability Date” means, with respect to an Included Program, such Included Program’s PPV Availability Date and/or VOD Availability Date.
Authorized Version for any episode of the Licensed Content means the version made available by Licensor to Hulu for distribution hereunder, including in accordance with Section 4.1. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, “Authorized Version” shall in no event include any 3D version of the Licensed Content.
