Availability Service Level definition

Availability Service Level means the uptime commitment set out in paragraph 2.1 of this Schedule and is calculated as the Resolution Time for Priority 1 Faults;
Availability Service Level with respect to each of the Hosted Software and Cloud Software shall have the meaning set forth, respectively, in Section V l(a) of Exhibit C and Section V l(a) of Exhibit C-1 to this Agreement.
Availability Service Level means the target availability corresponding to the applicable SLA Category as may be set out in the applicable Schedule or Order.
