Availability Service Level definition

Availability Service Level means the uptime commitment set out in paragraph 2.1 of this Schedule and is calculated as the Resolution Time for Priority 1 Faults;
Availability Service Level has the meaning set out in clause 4.6. of these Terms;
Availability Service Level means the target availability corresponding to the applicable SLA Category as may be set out in the applicable Schedule or Order.

  • Suppressed Availability means, at any time, an amount equal to the amount (if any, but in no event less than zero) by which the Borrowing Base exceeds the aggregate Revolving Commitments at such time.

  • Reliability Standard means a requirement to provide for reliable operation of the bulk power system, including without limiting the foregoing requirements for the operation of existing bulk power system facilities, including cybersecurity protection, and the design of planned additions or modifications to such facilities to the extent necessary for reliable operation of the bulk power system, but shall not include any requirement to enlarge bulk power system facilities or to construct new transmission capacity or generation capacity.
