Base Utility Expenses definition

Base Utility Expenses means the amount of Utility Expenses for the Base Year.

More Definitions of Base Utility Expenses

Base Utility Expenses means $3.50 per square foot of Rentable Area. The parties acknowledge that Lessor's estimate of the amount of Utility Expenses to be incurred for calendar year 2007 is in excess of this amount.

Such decrease in Base Utility Expenses shall not be limited to the initial decrease, if any, but may, at Landlord's election, be subject to decrease annually upon each subsequent decrease in Utility Expenses.
Base Utility Expenses means the amount of Utility Expenses for the Base Year to be determined by average actual usage for 1996 and 1997 taking into account inflationary increases.
