Supervisor means Advisors Asset Management Inc., and its successors in interest, or any successor evaluator appointed as hereinafter provided."
Supervisory Review means ongoing clinical case reviews in accordance with procedures developed by ADMINISTRATOR, to determine the appropriateness of Diagnosis and treatment and to monitor compliance to the minimum ADMINISTRATOR and Medi-Cal charting standards. Supervisory review is conducted by the program/clinic director or designee.
Credentials Committee means the committee established by the Medical Advisory Committee to review applications for appointment and reappointment to the Professional Staff and to make recommendations to the Medical Advisory Committee and if no such committee is established it shall mean the Medical Advisory Committee;

Claims Administrator means the firm proposed by Class Counsel and appointed by the Courts to administer the Settlement Amount in accordance with the provisions of this Settlement Agreement and the Distribution Protocol, and any employees of such firm.
Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.
Multidisciplinary team means a group of individuals who possess knowledge and skills related to the diagnosis, assessment, and disposition of child abuse cases and who are professionals practicing in the disciplines of medicine, nursing, public health, substance abuse, domestic violence, mental health, social work, child development, education, law, juvenile probation, or law enforcement, or a group established pursuant to section 235B.1, subsection 1.
