Consignment Documents definition

Consignment Documents means the Consignment Agreement, all purchase orders issued thereunder by one or more of the Loan Parties, and any other document, instrument or agreement now or hereafter executed and delivered in connection with the inventory consignment program to be established by GBRP in favor of one or more of the Loan Parties pursuant to the Consignment Agreement.
Consignment Documents is defined in the first recital.

  • The Consignee confirms and agrees that the Obligations of the Consignee to the Consignor under the Consignment Documents, as amended and supplemented hereby, are secured by and are entitled to the benefits of the Security Documents.

  • Facility Documents means this Agreement, the Notes, the Account Control Agreement, the Sale Agreement, the Administrative Agent Fee Letter, the Lender Fee Letter, the Collateral Administration and Agency Fee Letter and any other security agreements and other instruments entered into or delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower in favor of the Collateral Agent, the Administrative Agent or any Lender from time to time pursuant to this Agreement.

  • procurement document means any document produced or referred to by the contracting authority to describe or determine elements of the procurement or the procedure, including the contract notice, the prior information notice where it is used as a means of calling for competition, the technical specifications, the descriptive document, proposed conditions of contract, formats for the presentation of documents by candidates and tenderers, information on generally applicable obligations and any additional documents;

  • Aircraft Documents means all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part, or that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.
