Construction Disbursement Request definition

Construction Disbursement Request means the form to be executed and appropriately completed by an Authorized Officer of Borrower and submitted to Agent Bank concurrently with each request for the advance by Lenders of a Construction Disbursement during the Construction Period, a copy of which form is marked "Exhibit K", affixed hereto and by this reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof.

  • Lenders shall disburse such funds monthly in payment of those portions of the Construction Disbursement Requests which are approved by Agent Bank in a timely manner, but in no event later than ten (10) Banking Business Days following the date Agent Bank receives such Construction Disbursement Request in accordance with the requirements of Article IX.

More Definitions of Construction Disbursement Request

Construction Disbursement Request means, a written request and certification for payment submitted by Round Room to the Corporation in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, which request and certification for payment shall: (1) be prepared by Round Room; (2) be accompanied by: (a) a description of the work therein, (b) a summary of the expenses included in such Construction Disbursement Request, and (c) all related invoices, lien releases, and/or other information reasonably necessary to establish the accuracy of the information set forth in the request and certification.

Related to Construction Disbursement Request

  • Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18, as applicable.

  • Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Disbursement is defined in Section 2.6.2.

  • Construction Drawings means those drawings containing the technical details associated with the design, construction and installation of the Infrastructure;

  • Payment request means any request for contract financing payment or invoice payment submitted by the contractor under this contract.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.
