Construction Observer means the company or individual identified above. Construction Observer may employ for the Services rendered, engineers, architects, landscape architects, and surveyors licensed by the Kansas State Board of Technical Professions.

  • If notice of any change affecting the general scope of the Services or provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to, the not-to-exceed contract price or the contract time, is a requirement of any insurance policy held by Construction Observer as a requirement of this Agreement, the giving of such notice shall be the Construction Observer's responsibility.

  • When Services have been so terminated, such termination shall not affect any rights or remedies of the City against Construction Observer then existing or which may later accrue.

  • The Construction Observer shall promptly reinstate the original limits of liability required hereunder and shall furnish evidence thereof to the City.

  • Erection, construction, remodeling, repairing means all types of work done on a particular building or work at the site thereof in the construction or development of the project, including without limitation, erecting, construction, remodeling, repairing, altering, painting, and decorating, the transporting of materials and supplies to or from the building or work done by the employees of the Contractor, Subcontractor, or Agent thereof, and the manufacturing or furnishing of

A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.
