CREDIT REVIEW AND RELEASE OF INFORMATION. You authorize the Credit Union to investigate your credit standing when opening or reviewing your account. You authorize the Credit Union to disclose information regarding your account to credit bureaus and creditors who inquire about your credit standing. If your account is eligible for emergency cash and/or emergency card replacement services, and you request such services, you agree that we may provide personal information about you and your account that is necessary to provide you with the requested service(s).

CREDIT REVIEW AND RELEASE OF INFORMATION. You authorize the Credit Union to investigate your credit standing when opening or reviewing your account. Rate will be based on the primary guarantor. You authorize the Credit Union to disclose information regarding your Account to credit bureaus and creditors who inquire about your credit standing. If your account is eligible for emergency cash and/or emergency card replacement services, and you request such services, you agree that we may provide personal information about you and your account that is necessary to provide you with the requested service(s).
CREDIT REVIEW AND RELEASE OF INFORMATION. You understand that we may review your loan file at least once every 12 months and you hereby give us permission to and authorize us to investigate and re-assess your creditworthiness. You authorize us to investigate your credit standing at any time and you authorize us to disclose your account information to credit bureaus and other creditors who inquire about your credit standing.

You further agree that the information you provide to us on your application may be re-investigated or re- evaluated at any time. We may request updated credit bureau reports and may or may not ask you to provide annual financial statements, tax returns or other credit-related information. You authorize the Credit Union to disclose information regarding your Account to credit bureaus and creditors who inquire about your standing.
CREDIT REVIEW AND RELEASE OF INFORMATION. You and each guarantor, if applicable, authorize the Credit Union to investigate your credit standing when opening or reviewing your account, by obtaining business and personal credit bureau reports at any time as needed during the life of the account. You and each guarantor, if applicable, agree to submit current financial information, a new credit application, or both, in your name and in the name of each guarantor, if applicable, promptly upon our request. Based on our review of this information, we may at any time at our sole discretion and subject to any applicable notice requirements, increase or decrease your credit limit, increase or decrease your interest rate, terminate this Agreement, or take any other action as permitted by applicable law.
CREDIT REVIEW AND RELEASE OF INFORMATION. You and each Guarantor (if any) authorize us to obtain business and personal credit bureau reports in your and any Guarantor's name, respectively, at any time and from time to time. You and each Guarantor (if any) agree to submit current financial information, a new credit application, or both, in your name and in the name of each Guarantor, respectively, at any time promptly upon our request. Based on our review of this information, we may at any time and from time to time, at our sole discretion and subject to any applicable notice requirements, increase or decrease your credit limit, increase or decrease your interest rate, or terminate this Agreement, as permitted by applicable law. We may report our credit experiences with you and any Guarantor of your account to third parties as permitted by law. You also agree that we may release information to comply with governmental reporting or legal process which we believe may be required, whether or not such is in fact required, or when necessary or helpful in completing a transaction, or when investigating a loss or potential loss. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT A NEGATIVE CREDIT REPORT REFLECTING ON YOUR CREDIT RECORD MAY BE SUBMITTED TO A CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY IF YOU FAIL TO FULFILL THE CREDIT OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER.
CREDIT REVIEW AND RELEASE OF INFORMATION. You authorize us to investigate your credit standing when opening or reviewing your Account. This Account may be subject to annual or more frequent review, and we may re-investigate and re-evaluate any information on the Application at any time; in the course of doing so, we may ask you for additional information (including additional financial information), request credit bureau reports, and/or otherwise verify your current credit standing. Financial information may or may not include business tax returns and/or personal tax returns and business financial statements and/or personal financial statements. We may exchange information with a consumer and/or business credit reporting agency or other financial providers on the Company and/or Guarantors, and we may use this information in connection with your Application, any periodic review, Credit Limit review, sale of your Account to another lender, or renewal of your Account.

You also agree that we may re-examine and re-evaluate your credit worthiness at any time and we have the right to terminate future advances or reduce your credit limit. You authorize MFCU to disclose information regarding your Account to consumer reporting agencies and creditors who inquire about your credit standing. We may request updated credit bureau reports and may or may not ask you to provide annual financial statements, tax returns or other credit-related information. You authorize the Credit Union to disclose information regarding your Account to credit bureaus and creditors who inquire about standing.
CREDIT REVIEW AND RELEASE OF INFORMATION. You authorize the Credit Union to investigate and evaluate your Business credit standing when opening or re- viewing your Account and agree to immediately notify us should there be any adverse change in your Business credit or financial condition. You further agree that the infor- mation you provide to us on your Application may be re-investigated or reevaluated at any time. We may request updated credit bureau reports and may or may not ask you to provide annual financial statements, tax returns or other credit-related information. Purdue Federal may report information about your Accounts to Business credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your Account may be reflected in your Business credit report. We may also access your Business credit report for any purpose, including periodic reviews of your creditworthiness, collections, and future credit line increases. Each Authorized Officer authorizes the Credit Union to obtain information concerning any accounts with other financial institutions and the Authorized Officer’s personal credit history, including any consumer account reports or credit reports for each Authorized Officer. We may access any Authorized Officer’s personal credit report for any purposes, including periodic reviews of your creditwor- thiness, collections, and future credit line increases. Authorized Officers understand and consent that the Credit Union may report information concerning this Account to business account reporting companies, but this Account will not be reported to consumer credit bureaus unless the Business and the Authorized Officer use the same tax ID. Authorized Officers consent to the disclosure of any adverse action information regarding this Account to the other Authorized Officers on the Application.
