Demobilization Costs definition

Demobilization Costs means all reasonable costs of Contractor associated with the demobilization of the Work as a result of the termination of the Construction Contract.
Demobilization Costs means the amount necessary to reimburse the reasonable out-of- pocket and documented costs and expenses incurred by Contractor as result of the occurrence of a Significant Force Majeure Event, including its reasonable costs to demobilize and terminate Subcontracts between Contractor and third parties or Affiliates, excluding Concessionaire, for performance of TTMS Work, excluding Contractor’s non-contractual liabilities and indemnity liabilities (contractual or non-contractual) to third parties or Affiliates, excluding Concessionaire.
Demobilization Costs means all costs and expenses incurred by PJM of suspending or terminating work under this Implementation Agreement, including, as applicable, travel expenses, penalties, fees and other costs associated with terminating, suspending, or making change orders to contracts with consultants, landlords, vendors, independent contractors and employees, and all allocable compensation, general and administrative overhead, and carrying costs (including actual or implicit costs of funds).

  • In the event Charterer rejects such request or fails to respond to such request within seven (7) Days after receipt of the request, Owner may terminate this Charter upon giving ten (10) Days’ prior written notice of termination to Charterer, and Charterer shall be required to pay Owner the Early Termination Payment and Owner’s Demobilization Costs.


More Definitions of Demobilization Costs

Demobilization Costs means the out-of-pocket costs reasonably incurred by Operator at the Project to demobilize its operations and terminate relevant contract and other obligations associated with its performance of the Services.
Demobilization Costs means the costs and expenses reasonably incurred and paid or payable by Operator as a result of a suspension of the Services or a termination of this Agreement as contemplated in Section 2.03(b), including, without limitation, any cancellation or termination charges incurred by Operator in accordance with any BSP II or Services related agreement to which Operator is a party and that is not assigned to Owners.
Demobilization Costs means Losses that have been or will be reasonably and properly incurred by the Concessionaire, or by the Construction Sub-Contractor or by the Operating Sub- Contractor as a direct result of the termination of this Contract, but only to the extent that:
Demobilization Costs means actual costs paid by Vendor for early termination of executory contracts and leases during the course of a Task Order. “Remobilization Costs” means actual costs paid by Vendor to resume performance of Services. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, a Winter Suspension Period pursuant to Schedule 4.1 (Terms and Conditions for Construction) shall not constitute a suspension under this Section 7.7 (Suspension).
Demobilization Costs means all activities and costs for transportation of personnel, equipment and supplies from the site; disassembly, removal, and site cleanup of offices, buildings, and other facilities; all reasonable costs associated early termination incurred by CONTRACTOR with its subcontractors, vendors, providers; reasonable ongoing lease costs or lease termination costs for vehicles, warehouse space, office space and other leased items for this Agreement; accrued costs and expenses, including amounts spent on equipment and inventory. CONTRACTOR shall take all reasonable steps to mitigate demobilization costs and expenses upon termination of the agreement.
Demobilization Costs means all reasonable costs of DB Co associated with the demobilization of the Works as a result of the termination of the Project Agreement.
