Employer's Duty to Discuss Change. (i) The Employer shall discuss with the Employees affected and their representatives, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 30.1(a)(a)(i), the effects the changes are likely to have on Employees, measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on Employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the Employees and/or their representatives in relation to the changes.
(ii) The discussions with Employees affected and their representatives shall commence as early as practicable after the activities referred to in clause 30.1(a)(ii) hereof.
(iii) For the purposes of such discussion, the Employer shall provide in writing to the Employees concerned and their representatives, all relevant information about the changes including the nature of the changes proposed; expected effects of the changes on Employees and any other matters likely to affect Employees provided that the Employer shall not be required to disclose confidential information the disclosure of which would be inimical to the Employer's interests.

(1) The employer shall discuss with the employees affected and the union to which they belong, inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to in paragraph (a) above, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees and measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on employees, and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union in relation to the changes.
(2) The discussion shall commence as early as practicable after a definite decision has been made by the employer to make the changes referred to in Paragraph (a) of this sub-clause.
(3) For the purpose of such discussion, the employer shall provide to the employees concerned and the union to which they belong all relevant information about the changes including the nature of the changes proposed, the expected effects of the changes on employees and any other matters likely to affect employees provided that any employer shall not be required to disclose confidential information the disclosure of which would adversely affect the employer.

(1) The employer shall discuss with the employees affected and their workplace representatives, inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to in subclause (i) of this clause, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees and measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on employees, and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and if requested by the employees, their workplace representatives in relation to the changes.
(2) The discussion shall commence as early as practicable after a definite decision has been made by the employer to make the changes referred to in subclause (i).
(3) For the purpose of such discussion, the employer shall provide to the employees concerned and their workplace representatives, all relevant information about the changes including the nature of the changes proposed, the expected effects of the changes on employees and any other matters likely to affect employees, provided that any employer shall not be required to disclose confidential information the disclosure of which would adversely affect the employer.
Employer's Duty to Discuss Change a) The employer shall discuss with the employees affected and their nominated representative, the introduction of the changes referred to in subclause 2.4.1 hereof, the effects such changes are likely to have on employees, measures to advert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on employees.
b) The discussions shall commence as early as practicable after a definite decision has been made by the employer to make the changes referred to in subclause 2.4.1 hereof.
c) For the purpose of such discussion, the employer shall provide in writing to the employees concerned and their nominated representative, all relevant information about the changes including the nature of the changes proposed; the expected effects of the changes on employees and other matters likely to affect employees provided that any employer shall not be required to disclose confidential information the disclosure of which would be inimical to the employer's interest.

(a) The employer shall discuss with the trainees affected and the union inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to in subclause (1) hereof, the effects the changes are likely to have on trainees, measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on trainees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the trainees and/or their union in relation to the changes.
(b) The discussion shall commence as early as practicable after a definite decision has been made by the employer to make the changes referred to in subclause (1)(a) hereof.
Employer's Duty to Discuss Change. 10.2.1. The employer shall discuss with the employees affected the introduction of the changes referred to above, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on employees, and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees in relation to the changes. These discussions shall commence as early as practicable after a definite decision has been made by the employer to make the changes and, in any event, prior to the introduction of the changes.
10.2.2. For the purposes of such discussion, the employer shall provide in writing to the employees concerned:
(a) all relevant information about the changes including the nature of the changes proposed; and
(b) the expected effects of the changes on employees; and
(c) any other matters likely to affect employees provided that the employer shall not be required to disclose confidential information the disclosure of which would be inconsistent with the employer’s interests.

(i) The Employer shall discuss with the employees affected and the union to which they belong, interalia, the introduction of the changes referred to in sub-clause (b)(a) above "Employers Duty to Notify" of this clause, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union in relation to the changes.
(ii) The discussion shall commence as early as practicable after a definite decision has been made by the employer to make the changes referred to in sub-clause (b)(a) of this clause.
(iii) For the purpose of such discussion, the employer shall provide the employees concerned and the union to which they belong all relevant information about the changes including the nature of the changes proposed, the expected effects of the changes on employees and any other matters likely to affect employees provided that the employer shall not be required to disclose confidential information the disclosure of which would adversely affect the employer.
Employer's Duty to Discuss Change. (a) The Employer will discuss with the employees affected and their Union(s) and any other representative/s of the Employee/s the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 25.3 the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and or their unions(s) in relation to the changes.
(b) The discussions between the Employer, the Employee, the Union/s and any other representative/s of the Employee/s and the relevant union will commence as early as practicable after a definite decision has been made by the employer to make the changes referred to in clause 25.3
