Enhanced Support definition

Enhanced Support means enhanced support and/or implementation services Customer may opt to purchase as described in (and subject to) the Enhanced Support Services Terms and Conditions at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxx (incorporated herein by reference);
Enhanced Support means any paid support package, including Developer Support, Business Support, and Enterprise Support.
Enhanced Support means the Support Services set out under the column “Enhanced Support” at paragraph 2.3. Excluded Services - has the meaning defined in paragraph 2.4. Fault - any failure of the Software to operate in any material respect in accordance with the applicable specification. Incident - a specific, discrete issue that can be addressed by isolating its origin to a single cause, which may be a Fault or not (as determined by Smoothwall at its sole discretion).

Examples of Enhanced Support in a sentence

  • Customers purchasing Enhanced Support Services will be given instructions for receiving Support Services after the end of a Business Day.

  • Customers who pay for Enhanced Support Coverage, and who are current on payment of Maintenance Services fees, may purchase the Personalized Support Options described herein at an additional fee and as ordered in a Quote, Schedule, or Customer Purchase Order, and such personalized support options may be subject to additional terms located in a Service Brief, SOW or similar document.

  • Support Services means the Enhanced Support Services and the Standard Support Services.Term means subject to earlier termination in accordance with clause 7, a term of 24 months from the Service Start Date and provided that the parties may by written agreement extend such Term by additional periods of 12 months or such other periods as they agree in which case Term will include the period of such agreed extensions.

Enhanced Support means [an in-home service provided, in addition to other services to an individual, by a program that is approved by the Administration, to support the individual to remain in the community, and approved under] short-term, in-home services, in addition to other services to an individual, provided by a program to support the individual to remain in the community:
Enhanced Support means support 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year basis, 6 hour clearance of faults.
Enhanced Support means an option to increase Client’s support related activities but with flexibility and at lower cost per hour. Depending on Client’s needs, you are able to direct those hours toward a variety of On-Demand Service Requests.

Related to Enhanced Support

  • Enhanced Services means any service offered over Common Carrier transmission facilities that employ computer processing applications that act on the format, content, code, protocol or similar aspects of a subscriber's transmitted information; that provide the subscriber with additional, different or restructured information; or involve End User Customer interaction with stored information. "Enhanced 911" or "E911" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.1.

  • Advanced life support means special services designed to provide definitive prehospital emergency medical care, including, but not limited to, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, cardiac monitoring, cardiac defibrillation, advanced airway management, intravenous therapy, administration of specified drugs and other medicinal preparations, and other specified techniques and procedures administered by authorized personnel under the direct supervision of a base hospital as part of a local EMS system at the scene of an emergency, during transport to an acute care hospital, during interfacility transfer, and while in the emergency department of an acute care hospital until responsibility is assumed by the emergency or other medical staff of that hospital.   • Enhanced softening means the improved removal of disinfection byproduct precursors by precipitative softening.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Basic life support means emergency first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation procedures to maintain life without invasive techniques.

  • Support means assistance that individuals require, solely because of the affects of developmental disability, to maintain or increase independence, achieve community presence and participation, and improve productivity. Support is flexible and subject to change with time and circumstances.

  • Advanced Services refers to high speed, switched, broadband, wireline Telecommunications capability that enables users to originate and receive high-quality, voice, data, graphics or video Telecommunications using any technology.

  • Enhanced Service Provider (ESP means the provider of enhanced services, as those services are defined in 47 CFR Section 64.702.

  • Tier 2 Support means the Esri Technical Support provided to the Tier 1 Help Desk when a Case cannot be resolved through Tier 1 Support.
