The model used would be based on the Katie A concept which provides the least restrictive living environment with a plan for working closely with Social Services and/or Regional Center, mental health and education where appropriate to develop a long term living plan. Main Objective: Reduce need for a higher level of care possibly outside of Mendocino County. Develop clients’ internal controls which enable them to be safe in community settings as they develop boundaries without shame or blame.   • Chief Executive Office State means California, where Borrower’s chief executive office is located.
