Existing Benefits. The Authority recognizes that as of July 9, 1971 employees in the bargaining unit enjoy certain benefits and privileges not referred to herein and agrees not to alter or change these privileges in such a manner as to discriminate between bargaining unit and non-bargaining unit employees.

Existing Benefits. The Employer intends to continue other authorized existing employee benefits primarily affecting wages, hours and conditions of employment not specifically referred to or modified by this Agreement.
Existing Benefits. (1) The Banks shall not remove any existing benefits given currently received daily or monthly in cash or kind by their employees which are not covered under the present terms of this Collective Agreement except that:- (a) benefits given in kind for a specific reason, as and when such reason ceases to exist, shall stop being given; and (b) allowances paid for the doing of a specific task, as and when such task ceases to be performed by the employees or classes of employees concerned, shall cease to be paid. (2) Employees who are in receipt of any benefits originally granted to them daily or monthly in cash or kind for the doing of a specific task which is no longer performed by the employees concerned or for a specific reason which has ceased to exist, will continue to receive the said benefits. Such benefits received shall henceforth be treated as personal benefits applicable only to the employees concerned and shall cease when the holder leaves office.

It is agreed by the Union that bad or unreasonable habits that may develop among employees do not constitute “past practice” rights or employee benefits. Existing Benefits. 60.1 The Company recognizes that on or before the commencement of this agreement employees in the bargaining unit enjoyed certain benefits and privileges not referred to herein. The Company agrees not to alter or change these benefits except as they may be specifically amended herein, in such manner as to discriminate against employees in the bargaining unit. Existing Benefits. 36.1 The Bank shall not remove any existing benefits being currently received daily or monthly in cash or in kind by the Officers which are not covered under the present terms of this Agreement, except that: a) benefits given in kind for a specific reason, as and when such reason ceases to exist, shall stop being given. b) allowances paid for the doing of a specific task, as and when such task ceases to be performed by the officers concerned shall cease to be paid. 36.2 PROVIDED THAT if it is a benefit given on a personal-to-holder basis, such benefits shall cease upon the holder leaving office; and PROVIDED FURTHER THAT if it is a subject matter in respect of which there are already provisions in this Collective Agreement, benefits of payment shall cease upon the coming into force of this Collective Agreement.
