Grantee Recognition. The Subrecipient shall insure recognition of the role of the Grantee in providing services through this Agreement. All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to this Agreement shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. In addition, the Subrecipient will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications made possible with funds made available under this Agreement.

The SUBRECIPIENT will include a reference to the financial support herein provided by HHS in all publications and publicity. In addition, the SUBRECIPIENT will make a good faith effort to recognize HHS’ support for all activities made possible with funds made available under this Agreement. The SUBRECIPIENT will mount a temporary construction sign for projects funded by HHS. This design concept is intended to disseminate key information regarding the development team as well as Equal Housing Opportunity to the general public. The construction sign shall comply with applicable County codes.

All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to this Agreement shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. In addition, the COUNTY will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications made possible with funds made available under this Agreement.

All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to this Agreement shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. Labels and references shall refer to the program as the "Minor Home Repair Program for Overland Park, administered by Johnson County Human Services".
