Highways Agreement definition

Highways Agreement means an agreement to under specific works within the public highway under Section 278 of the Highways Act 1980
Highways Agreement means an agreement made pursuant to inter alia section 278 of the Highways Act 1980 substantially in accordance with the template form annexed to this Deed as (but subject to revisions to cater for the matters identified on the annex to the template in respect of the Temporary Highway Works) which provides for the execution of the Highway Works by the Owner and/or Developer at the Owner's and/or Developer's expense and where there may be a separate Highways Agreement for the Permanent Highway Works and the Temporary Highway Works

More Definitions of Highways Agreement

Highways Agreement means any agreement made pursuant to section 38 or 278 of the 1980 Act.

Highways Agreement. An agreement under Section 38/Section 278 of the Highways Act for the adoption of land as a public highway and/or works to the public highway. “Highways Authority” The County Council or such successor to the County Council as highways authority for highways in the borough of Ashford. “Xxxxxx Viability Phase One Land” All that land owned by Xxxxxx within Viability Phase One shown coloured beige on the Viability Phase One Plan. “Xxxxxx Land” All that land with the Site that Xxxxxx has an interest in as at the date of this Deed and as referred to at Recital AA of this Deed being coloured beige on Land Ownership Plan One.
