A previously Active Participant who either (i) is still working for an Employer (or a Related Company which is not an Employer) and has not incurred a Break in Service, but who is an Ineligible Employee, or (ii) has incurred a termination of employment and has neither incurred a Break in Service nor been reemployed.
Ineligible Employee classifications are listed on the E-class Eligibility Report maintained by the Division of Human Resources, as such report may be changed from time to time.
