Years of Service include each whole Year of Service credited and, for any remaining credited service of less than a Year of Service, any credited Months of Service.ARTICLE 2: PLAN MEMBERSHIP 2.01 PLAN MEMBERSHIP: Any Employee who is not an Ineligible Employee shall commence membership in the Plan upon his Participation Date.
For an Employee who was employed by the Employer or who provided services to the Employer as an Ineligible Employee, such Employee’s Participation Date shall be the later of the effective date of the Plan and the Employee’s initial date of employment as an Employee.
