A previously Active Participant who either (i) is still working for an Employer (or a Related Company which is not an Employer) and has not incurred a Break in Service, but who is an Ineligible Employee, or (ii) has incurred a termination of employment and has neither incurred a Break in Service nor been reemployed.
Subject to the provisions of Sections 3.04 and 3.05, a Participant's Eligibility Service shall be equal to his length of employment with the Employer, both as an Employee and as an Ineligible Employee including any period of absence for activated military service from his date of employment to his date of Retirement, death, or other termination of employment.
