Ineligible Employee definition

Ineligible Employee means an Employee who, as of an Offering Commencement Date:
Ineligible Employee means any Full-Time Equivalent Employees which exceed in the aggregate ten percent (10%) of the total Annual Period Eligible Employees for such Annual Period. Lessee’s Property shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.1(c) hereof. Liens shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.5(a) hereof. Loan shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Recitals. Loss Event shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.1(a) hereof. Maximum Sales Tax Savings Amount shall mean the aggregate maximum dollar amount of Sales Tax Savings that the Lessee and all Agents acting on behalf the Lessee are permitted to receive under this Agreement, which shall equal $21,563. Mortgage shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Recitals. Mortgagee shall have the same meaning ascribed to such term in the Recitals. Net Proceeds shall mean, when used with respect to any insurance proceeds or condemnation award, compensation or damages, the gross amount of any such proceeds, award, compensation or damages less all expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and any ordinary and reasonable expenses of the Agency) incurred in the collection thereof. Non-Relocation Reduction shall mean any Base Employment Reduction in an Annual Period for any reason other than a Relocation Reduction. Note shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Recitals. NYSDTF shall mean the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. Opinion of Counsel shall mean a written opinion of counsel for the Lessee who shall be reasonably acceptable to the Agency. Permitted Encumbrances shall mean:
Ineligible Employee means an Employee who is not eligible to participate in this Plan.

Examples of Ineligible Employee in a sentence

More Definitions of Ineligible Employee

Ineligible Employee means an Employee who is ineligible for membership in the Plan because:
Ineligible Employee means an Employee who is not eligible to participate in this Plan because the Employee (a) is a Leased Employee, (b) is employed by an Affiliated Company that is not a Participating Employer, or (c) is or becomes included in a legally recognized collective bargaining unit of employees, unless the applicable collective bargaining agreement between representatives of such unit and the Participating Employer specifically provides for participation in this Plan, and if there is evidence that retirement benefits were the subject of good faith bargaining between those employee representatives and the Participating Employer.
Ineligible Employee means, regardless of whether he or she would qualify as an Eligible Employee, any employee who is:
Ineligible Employee means an Employee who is not eligible to participate in this Plan because the Employee is no longer a member of the collective bargaining unit under which the Plan is maintained.
Ineligible Employee means all of those Employees of the Employer whose Participation in this Plan is prohibited or restricted by the provisions of a collective bargaining agreement, another plan or retirement system maintained by the Employer, or exempt from coverage under Social Security by federal law or regulation.
Ineligible Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.8(b).
Ineligible Employee means prior to January 1, 2011 any person who is or was a participant in the Wausau Paper Corp. Supplemental Retirement Plan.
