Local Arrangement definition

Local Arrangement means an arrangement between the contractor and the Board as to the timeframe within which appointments not booked by NHS 111 can be released for booking by the contractor’s registered patients; and
Local Arrangement means an agreement reached at the organisational level between the Chief Executive Officer and the Public Service Association in terms of clause 11, Local Arrangements of this award.
Local Arrangement means: (a) any agreement and/or consensus of opinion, whether in writing or orally; or (b) any Legal Provision or decision, which applies to a subset of the Parties (as well as third parties as the case may be). For the sake of clarity the TCID, the XBID MSA and the PCA or ANIDOA are not a Local Arrangement; Local Trading Solution or “LTS” means the complementary solution to the XBID Solution, used by the NEMOs to support the NEMOs’ market activities; Market Area shall mean a representation of a price area in the delivery grid of commodity.
