Material Test Issue means a Test Issue of Severity Level 1 or Severity Level 2;

Material Test Issue means a Test Issue of Severity Level 1 or Severity Level 2. Severity Level: means the level of severity of a Test Issue, the criteria for which are described in Annex 1. Test Certificate: means a certificate materially in the form of the document contained in Annex2 issued by the Customer when a Deliverable has satisfied its relevant Test Success Criteria. Test Issue Management Log: means a log for the recording of Test Issues as described further in paragraph 10.1 of this Call Off Schedule 5. Test Issue Threshold: means, in relation to the Tests applicable to a Milestone, a maximum number of Severity Level 3, Severity Level 4 and Severity Level 5 Test Issues as set out in the relevant Test Plan. Test Reports: means the reports to be produced by the Supplier setting out the results of Tests. Test Specification: means the specification that sets out how Tests will demonstrate that the Test Success Criteria have been satisfied, as described in more detail in paragraph 7 of this Call Off Schedule 5. Test Strategy: means a strategy for the conduct of Testing as described further in paragraph 5 of this Call Off Schedule. Test Success Criteria: means, in relation to a Test, the test success criteria for that Test as referred to in paragraph 7 of this Call Off Schedule. Test Witness: means any person appointed by the Customer pursuant to paragraph 11 of this Call Off Schedule and. Testing Procedures: means the applicable testing procedures and Test Success Criteria set out in this Schedule 2 INTRODUCTION 2.1 This Call Off Schedule 5 (Testing) sets out the approach to Testing and the different Testing activities to be undertaken, including the preparation and agreement of the Test Strategy and Test Plan. 3 RISK 3.1 The issue of a Test Certificate, a Satisfaction Certificate and/or a conditional Satisfaction Certificate shall not: 3.1.1 operate to transfer any risk that the relevant Deliverable or Milestone is complete or will meet and/or satisfy the Customer’s requirements for that Deliverable or Milestone; or 3.1.2 affect the Customer’s right subsequently to reject: (a) all or any element of the Deliverables to which a Test Certificate relates; or (b) any Milestone to which the Satisfaction Certificate relates. 3.2 Notwithstanding the issuing of any Satisfaction Certificate, the Supplier shall remain solely responsible for ensuring that: 3.2.1 the Goods and/or Services are implemented in accordance with this Call Off

  • Material Deviation refers to any contents or characteristics of the proposal that is significantly different from an essential aspect or requirement of the RFP, and : (i) substantially alters the scope and quality of the requirements; (ii) limits the rights of UNDP and/or the obligations of the offeror; and (iii) adversely impacts the fairness and principles of the procurement process, such as those that compromise the competitive position of other offerors.

  • Test Issue means any variance or non-conformity of the Services or Deliverables from their requirements as set out in the Call Off Contract;

  • COVID-19 test means a viral test for SARS-CoV-2 that is:

  • Material Document Defect As defined in Section 2.03(a) of this Agreement.

  • Critical Test Concentration or "(CTC)" means the specified effluent dilution at which the Permittee is to conduct a single-concentration Aquatic Toxicity Test.

  • RDDS test Means one query sent to a particular “IP address” of one of the servers of one of the RDDS services. Queries shall be about existing objects in the Registry System and the responses must contain the corresponding information otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. Queries with an RTT 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. The possible results to an RDDS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the RTT or undefined/unanswered.

  • Material Modification means any modification to an Interconnection Request that has a material adverse effect on the cost or timing of Interconnection Studies related to, or any Network Upgrades or Local Upgrades needed to accommodate, any Interconnection Request with a later Queue Position.

  • Material safety data sheet or "MSDS" means the chemical, physical, technical, and safety information document supplied by the manufacturer of the coating, solvent, or other chemical product, usually through the distribution network or retailers.

  • Drug test means a test designed to detect the illegal use of a controlled substance.

  • Adverse Event means any untoward medical occurrence in a patient or clinical investigation subject administered a pharmaceutical product and that does not necessarily have a causal relationship with the treatment. An adverse event can therefore be any unfavourable and unintended sign (including an abnormal laboratory finding), symptom, or disease temporally associated with the use of a medicinal product, whether or not related to the medicinal product.

  • Screening Test means a drug or alcohol test which uses a method of analysis allowed by the Minnesota Drug and Alcohol Testing in the Workplace Act to be used for such purposes.

  • Material Compliance Matter has the same meaning as the term defined in Rule 38a-1, and includes any compliance matter that involves: (1) a violation of the federal securities laws by Distributor (or its officers, directors, employees, or agents); (2) a violation of Distributor's Rule 38a-1 policies and procedures; or (3) a weakness in the design or implementation of Distributor's Rule 38a-1 policies and procedures.

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • Material Defect As defined in Section 2.02(c) hereof.

  • major non-compliance outcome notification means a notification received by a council under section 19N(3) or (4) of the Food Act 1984, or advice given to council by an authorized officer under that Act, of a deficiency that does not pose an immediate serious threat to public health but may do so if no remedial action is taken

  • DNS test Means one non-­‐recursive DNS query sent to a particular “IP address” (via UDP or TCP). If DNSSEC is offered in the queried DNS zone, for a query to be considered answered, the signatures must be positively verified against a corresponding DS record published in the parent zone or, if the parent is not signed, against a statically configured Trust Anchor. The answer to the query must contain the corresponding information from the Registry System, otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. A query with a “DNS resolution RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR, will be considered unanswered. The possible results to a DNS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “DNS resolution RTT” or, undefined/unanswered.

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to the Generating Facility, after completion of the construction of the Generating Facility, in order to verify that the Generating Facility may be released for Operation.

  • LCT Test Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.12(b).

  • Fit test means the use of a protocol to qualitatively or quantitatively evaluate the fit of a respirator on an individual.

  • 2 Wire Analog Voice Grade Loop or “Analog 2W” provides an effective 2-wire channel with 2-wire interfaces at each end that is suitable for the transport of analog Voice Grade (nominal 300 to 3000 Hz) signals and loop-start signaling. This Loop type is more fully described in Verizon Technical Reference (TR)-72565, as revised from time-to-time. If “Customer-Specified Signaling” is requested, the Loop will operate with one of the following signaling types that may be specified when the Loop is ordered: loop-start, ground-start, loop- reverse-battery, and no signaling. Customer specified signaling is more fully described in Verizon TR-72570, as revised from time-to- time. Verizon will not build new facilities.

  • Material of Environmental Concern means and includes pollutants, contaminants, hazardous wastes, and toxic, radioactive, caustic or otherwise hazardous substances, including petroleum, its derivatives, by-products and other hydrocarbons, or any substance having any constituent elements displaying any of the foregoing characteristics.

  • Test Fail has the meaning stated in Section 3.4(a).

  • Nonconformity or “Nonconformities” means any failure or failures of the Software to conform to the requirements of this Contract, including any applicable Documentation.
