Matriculation Fee definition

Matriculation Fee. The matriculation fee is equivalent to the July tuition and is due on the 31st of that month. New students accepted to Colegio Roosevelt after the academic year has started, must pay a tuition fee equivalent to one-month tuition. It is important to mention that, even if the parents and/or guardians have complied with the Registration Online process on the school's web portal (ROL), registration will not proceed and the student may not complete the following academic year in the event that the economic obligations agreed in this contract against Colegio Xxxxxxxxx have been breached, except in cases that have been the subject of a deferred payment agreement. The above is applicable without prejudice to the provisions of section 10. If this assumption is filed, Colegio Xxxxxxxxx will report 30 calendar days before the end of the academic year on non-continuity of educational services as a result of the above-indicated breaches.

All of this is without prejudice to provisions in paragraph 10 below.
