MAXIMUM SICK LEAVE ACCRUAL. The maximum allowable sick leave accrual shall be eight hundred (800) hours except for the following conditions:
MAXIMUM SICK LEAVE ACCRUAL. The maximum allowable sick leave accrual shall be twenty-four (24) hours per 12 (twelve) month period and shall not exceed seventy-two (72) hours throughout the entire three-year “window” of employment.

MAXIMUM SICK LEAVE ACCRUAL. The maximum allowable sick leave accrual shall be ei ght hundred (800) hours except for the following conditions: An employee with a sick leave accrual balance in excess of either eight hundred (800) hours or their individual maximum shall receive an annual cash payment of twenty-five percent (25%) of his/her hours over the accrual maximum. Sec. 1403 ADVANCED SICK LEAVE CREDIT: N ew regular, full-time employees shall receive an advanced sick leave credit of 40.04 hours (approximately thirteen (13) biweekly pay periods) as of the date of hire. Said sick leave credit advancement shall be b alanced upon completion of thirteen (13) biweekly pay periods of service or upon earlier separation.

  • Maximum Benefit Amount means the maximum amount payable for coverage provided to You as shown in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • Paid sick leave – means paid leave under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act.

  • Current Sick Leave means those days of sick leave for the current contract year, which leave is granted at the rate of one day of sick leave per month worked, or major part thereof.

  • Leave Year means the period during which the Agency Worker accrues and may take statutory leave commencing on the date that the Agency Worker starts an Assignment or a series of Assignments;

  • Vacation means annual vacation with pay.

  • Early Retirement Date means the Retirement, as defined below, of the Executive on a date which occurs prior to the Executive attaining sixty-two (62) years of age, but after the Executive has attained fifty-five (55) years of age.

  • Vacation Year means the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first (1st) day of April in each calendar year and concluding on the thirty-first (31st) day of March of the following calendar year.

  • Severance Period means the period of time commencing on the date of an occurrence of a Change of Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the date which is one and one-half years following the occurrence of the Change of Control, and (ii) the Executive's death.

  • Interest Accrual Amount As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-PO Certificates), (a) the product of (i) 1/12th of the Class A Pass-Through Rate for such Class and (ii) the Principal Balance of such Class as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date minus (b) the Class A Interest Percentage of such Class of (i) any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall allocated to the Class A Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date, (ii) the interest portion of any Excess Special Hazard Losses, Excess Fraud Losses and Excess Bankruptcy Losses allocated to the Class A Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.02(e) and (iii) the interest portion of any Realized Losses (other than Excess Special Hazard Losses, Excess Fraud Losses and Excess Bankruptcy Losses) allocated to the Class A Certificates on or after the Cross-Over Date pursuant to Section 4.02(e). The Class A-PO Certificates have no Interest Accrual Amount.
