Meal Time definition

Meal Time. Defined as thirty minutes within the standard eight (8) hour workday when the Security Guard and/or Fire Safety/EAP Director may eat. The Security Guard and/or Fire Safety/EAP Director may be required to remain on premises and be available to respond to emergencies. If so, the Security Guard and/or Fire Safety/EAP Director will be paid for the thirty-minute meal period. Authorized Users do not anticipate paying overtime rates under this contract except where the Authorized User requires Fire Safety/EAP Directors to work on weekends as per the Prevailing Wage requirements. The Contractor will be responsible for scheduling Candidates so that shifts do not exceed the parameters identified in the prevailing wage schedule for which overtime pay is required. In the event, that overtime is necessary to maintain coverage due to scheduling problems on the part of the Contractor, the Contractor shall pay the appropriate overtime rate to the Security Guard and/or Fire Safety/EAP Director at no additional cost to Authorized User. If an Authorized User requires Security Guards and/or Fire Safety/EAP Directors to remain on site at the end of their regularly scheduled shift due to Authorized User’s clients/customers/employees remaining on site for continued services beyond the Authorized User’s regularly scheduled closing time, the Authorized User shall be responsible to pay for the overtime payments for such Security Guards and/or Fire Safety/EAP Directors. In the event an Authorized User determines to close a site on a particular Scheduled Day/Scheduled Time, and therefore does not require Candidates, and does not provide the Contractor with at least two
Meal Time means 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at the place where the meal is consumed.

  • Meal Time: Children will be encouraged to learn group cooperation, language development, social interaction and good nutrition and to try a variety of different foods.

  • During Meal Time, the dining Room tables will have a table cloth and the table will be set with individual place settings, much like you would see anywhere else.

  • Real-time means the actual time during which a process or event occurs.

  • Central Time means Central Time as adjusted for daylight savings time.

  • Local Time means (a) with respect to a Loan or Borrowing denominated in Dollars, New York City time and (b) with respect to a Loan or Borrowing denominated in any Foreign Currency, London time.

  • Near Real Time means that Qwest's OSS electronically receives a transaction from CLEC, automatically processes that transaction, returns the response to that transaction to CLEC in an automatic event driven manner (without manual intervention) via the interface for the OSS function in question. Except for the time it takes to send and receive the transaction between Qwest's and CLEC's OSS application, the processing time for Qwest's representatives should be the same as the processing time for CLEC's representatives. Current benchmarks using TCIF 98-006 averages between two (2) and four (4) seconds for the connection and an average transaction transmittal. The specific agreed metrics for Near Real Time transaction processing will be contained in the Performance Indicator Definitions (PIDs), where applicable. "Network Element" is a facility or equipment used in the provision of Telecommunications Service. It also includes features, functions, and capabilities that are provided by means of such facility or equipment, including subscriber numbers, databases, signaling systems, and information sufficient for Billing and collection or used in the transmission, routing, or other provision of a Telecommunications Service.

  • Real-Time Market has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Eastern Time Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Real-time Offer means a new offer or an update to a Market Seller’s existing cost-based or market-based offer for a clock hour, submitted for use after the close of the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Scan time means the period of time between the beginning and end of x-ray transmission data accumulation for a single scan.

  • Real-time Energy Market means the purchase or sale of energy and payment of Transmission Congestion Charges for quantity deviations from the Day-ahead Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • PM means particulate matter.

  • Travel Time is the time an Interpreter uses to commute to and from an Appointment. Travel time, if more than one (1) hour each way, is added to the total time of the initial Appointment request.   • Real-time System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • Real-Time Price means the Resource-Specific Settlement Interval LMP as defined in the CAISO Tariff. If there is more than one applicable Real-Time Price for the same period of time, Real-Time Price shall mean the price associated with the smallest time interval.

  • Up time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are available to user(s)

  • kg/day means kilograms per day.

  • Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for general business in the City of London.

  • London Business Day Any day on which dealings in deposits of United States dollars are transacted in the London interbank market.

  • New York Business Day means each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday which is not a day on which banking institutions in New York City are generally authorized or obligated by law or executive order to close.

  • Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.

  • Real-time Prices means the Locational Marginal Prices resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • Eastern Prevailing Time means either Eastern Standard Time or Eastern Daylight Savings Time, as in effect from time to time.

  • Record Time shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Down time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are not available to user(s).

  • Euro Business Day means any day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET) System, or any successor system, is open for business.

  • Minimum Run Time For all generating units that are not combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the minimum number of hours a unit must run, in real-time operations, from the time after generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, to the time of generator breaker opening, as measured by PJM's State Estimator. For combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the time period after the first combustion turbine generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, and the last generator breaker opening as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.
