Measurement Funds definition

Measurement Funds means the hypothetical investment funds available under the Plan, as provided in section 4.3, to determine the earnings and losses credited to a Participant's Account.
Measurement Funds means the funds selected by the Committee to be used as the measure of investment return on an Account, or portion thereof, when elected by a Participant in accordance with Article 6. The fixed rate fund shall be considered a Measurement Fund for purposes hereof unless specifically otherwise required by context.
Measurement Funds means the funds described in Section 4.2.

Examples of Measurement Funds in a sentence

  • In all events, the Participant’s Deferred Compensation Account Balance shall be determined by reference to such Measurement Fund(s) as the Committee shall have selected from time to time with respect to the Participant’s Deferred Compensation Account Balance.

  • If the Company decides to invest funds in any or all of the Measurement Funds, no Participant shall have any rights in or to such investments themselves.

  • Unless otherwise elected by a Participant in a Deferred Compensation Agreement and unless otherwise described below, distributions of such Participant’s Deferred Compensation Account Balance shall be made in cash or in property consisting of the Measurement Funds most recently approved to be used for determining the amounts to be credited or debited from such Participant’s Deferred Compensation Account, as elected by the Participant and approved by the Committee.

  • Any election under Section 4.2(a) above shall result in 100% of a Participant’s Deferred Compensation Account Balance being allocated among the Measurement Fund(s) elected by the Participant as if the Participant was making an actual investment in the Measurement Fund(s) equal to the portion of such Participant’s Deferred Compensation Account Balance allocated to such Measurement Fund(s).

  • The Measurement Funds established by the Committee and described in Appendix B shall include a Company stock fund, which will be invested in Shares, mutual funds selected and approved by the Committee and a money market fund selected and approved by the Committee.


More Definitions of Measurement Funds

Measurement Funds means the investment options offered under the Savings Plan, and any other alternatives made available by the Administrator. These Measurement Funds are used solely to calculate the earnings that are credited to a Participant’s Account in accordance with Section 6.2 below, and do not represent any beneficial interest on the part of the Participant in any asset or other property of the Company or its Affiliates. The determination of an increase or decrease in the performance of each Measurement Fund shall be made by the Administrator in its reasonable discretion. Measurement Funds may be replaced, new funds may be added, or both, from time to time in the discretion of the Administrator; provided that if the Measurement Funds hereunder correspond with funds available for investment under the Savings Plan, then, unless the Administrator determines otherwise in its discretion, any addition, removal or replacement of investment funds under the Savings Plan shall automatically result in a corresponding change to the Measurement Funds hereunder.
Measurement Funds means the investment vehicles offered under this Plan which are the same as the investment options offered under the Qualified Plan other than a Company stock fund, each of whose purpose is to mirror, to the greatest extent reasonably possible, the investment performance of a particular benchmark fund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Measurement Funds shall not include any collective investment trusts, even if offered under the Qualified Plan.
Measurement Funds means the funds, as selected by the Committee, to be used as a performance measure when designated by a Participant for investment of amounts in the Participant’s Account in accordance with Article VI.
Measurement Funds means the investment vehicles offered under this Plan which are the same as the investment funds offered under the Qualified Savings Plan, each of whose purpose is to mirror, to the greatest extent reasonably possible, the investment performance of a particular benchmark fund or mutual fund.
Measurement Funds means one or more of the independently established funds or indices that are identified by the Committee. These Measurement Funds are used solely to calculate the earnings that are credited to each Participant’s Account(s) in accordance with Section 3.3, and do not represent any beneficial interest on the part of the Participant in any asset or other property of the Company. The determination of the increase or decrease in the performance of each Measurement Fund shall be made by the Administrator in its reasonable discretion. Measurement Funds may be replaced, new funds may be added, or both, from time to time in the discretion of the Committee.
Measurement Funds means the Vanguard Funds or the group of such other mutual funds or other investment categories, options or indices which the Committee shall prescribe from time to time in writing by notice given to the Participants, which shall at all times include a money market fund.
Measurement Funds means the hypothetical investment fund or benchmark made available to Participants by the Committee for the purpose of valuing amounts contributed to the Plan.
