Request for Change. Any teacher whose name appears on such list and who may disagree with the order of seniority in said list shall have ten (10) days from the date of posting to supply written documentation, proof, and request for seniority change to the Superintendent.
Request for Change. Any teacher with a correction or omission regarding the seniority and licensure list is required to supply a written request for correction or omission to the list to the Director of Human Resources.

(i) If Company desires to propose a Change Request, it shall deliver a written notice to Provider describing the proposed Change and establishing a reasonable period for Provider to respond. For each proposed Change, Provider shall, within the period of time specified by Company, prepare a written response indicating: (i) the effect of the proposal, if any, on the amounts payable by Company under the relevant Order and this Agreement, and the manner in which such effect was calculated; (ii) the effect of the proposal, if any, on Provider’s performance of the Services, including the effect on Service Levels; (iii) the anticipated time schedule for implementing the Change; and (iv) any other information reasonably necessary for, or requested by, Company to make an informed decision regarding the proposed change.

Any principal whose name appears on such a list and who may disagree with the order of seniority in said list shall have ten (10) days from the date of posting, which may be by email, to supply written documentation, proof, and request for seniority change to the Superintendent or his/her designee.

LPNs Who Earn RN Licensure: Beginning with the 2014-2015 school year, Licensed Practical Nurses who earn their Registered Nurse licensure will maintain their seniority date to their original hire date with the district. The Registered Nurse will be placed when an open Registered Nurse position, with equal or more hours than the current assignment, becomes available. If the Registered Nurse does not accept the open position, they must resign effective immediately.

If either party identifies a requirement for a change to the Services, the identifying party will send to the other party detailing the change requirements using the agreed RFC form (“RFC Form”) as a template or if agreed by alternative means (i.e. email). If sent by Datrix, the RFC Form will state the effect such a change will have on the Services and the Fees. If sent by the Company, the receipt of the RFC Form by Datrix will represent a request to Datrix to state in writing the effect the change will have on the Services and the Fees. Datrix will use reasonable endeavours to supply the necessary details within 15 working days from receipt of an RFC Form from the Company. To accept such RFC, the party that received it must sign as appropriate in the RFC Form.
