Monthly Power Costs definition

Monthly Power Costs means" and replaced with the following: "only those costs billable to Purchaser pursuant to the pricing terms and conditions set forth in subparagraphs (1) and (2) and (3), below."

  • Costs of consultants and others employed or appointed by the Renewal Contract Coordinating Committee to perform the duties hereunder shall be included in the Monthly Power Costs and shall be billed to IPA, the Project Manager or the Operating Agent, as appropriate.

  • Except as provided in Section 4.67.1.5, any expenses incurred by any representative of any Purchaser or group of Purchasers serving on the Renewal Contract Coordinating Committee or any committee or sub-committee in connection with his or her duties in connection therewith shall be paid by Purchaser or the Purchasers that he or she represents and shall not be included in Monthly Power Costs.

More Definitions of Monthly Power Costs

Monthly Power Costs means, with respect to each Month of each Contract Year, all costs attributable to the Herington Generation Center, to the extent not paid from the proceeds of Bonds, which are paid or incurred by the Agency during such Month resulting from the ownership, delivery, possession (physical or constructive), operation, maintenance and repair, renewals, replacements, additions, improvements, betterments and modifications to, the Herington Generation Center, including without limitation, the following items of cost:
Monthly Power Costs means, with respect to each month of each Contract Year, all costs (other than Project Energy Costs) attributable to the Prairie State Project, to the extent not paid from the proceeds of Bonds (including income from investment of such proceeds) incurred by NIMPA during such month resulting from the ownership, operation, maintenance, termination and retirement from service of and repairs, renewals, replacements, additions, improvements, betterments and modifications to, the Prairie State Project, including without limitation, the following items of cost:
Monthly Power Costs means, for any month in any Agreement Year, except in the case of the Fuel Cost Component, one-twelfth or such other allocation, including, but not limited to an allocation taking into account the provisions of Section 7.2, as is set forth in the Annual Budget, or any amended Annual Budget, of all of MMWEC’s costs resulting from the ownership, operation, maintenance and termination and retirement from service of, and repairs, renewals, replacements, improvements, betterments, additions and modifications to the Project during such Agreement Year, to the extent not included in Cost of Acquisition and Construction and not paid from the proceeds of the Bonds or from the proceeds of insurance. The Annual Budget will contain the Fuel Cost Component of the Monthly Power Costs, however the Fuel Cost Component shall be billed as set forth in Section 5.3. In the event any Agreement Year shall consist of fewer than twelve months, the fraction set forth in this definition of Monthly Power Costs shall be adjusted accordingly and, in the event of any amendment of the Annual Budget pursuant to Section 5.2 after the commencement of any Agreement Year, the amount determined pursuant to this definition of Monthly Power Costs shall be adjusted appropriately so that any increase or decrease in that portion of the Annual Budget shall be evenly apportioned over the remaining months of such Agreement Year. Monthly Power Costs shall consist of: (i) a Capital Cost Component; (ii) a Fuel Cost Component; and (iii) an Operating Cost Component; and shall include the items of cost and expense more fully described below.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.

  • Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Collection Costs means an amount that the Municipality can charge with regard to the enforcement of a consumer’s monetary obligations;

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Start-Up Costs means all fees, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with establishing the State Mitigation Trust and the Indian Tribe Mitigation Trust and setting them up for operation. Start-up costs shall not include the cost of premiums for insurance policies.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Basic Carrying Costs means the sum of the following costs associated with the Property for the relevant Fiscal Year or payment period: (i) Taxes and (ii) Insurance Premiums.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located.

  • Additional Servicing Expenses means (a) all Property Protection Advances, fees and/or expenses incurred by and reimbursable to any Servicer, Trustee, Certificate Administrator or fiscal agent pursuant to the Servicing Agreement relating solely to the Mortgage Loan, and (b) all interest accrued on Advances made by (x) any Servicer or Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Servicing Agreement or (y) any Non-Lead Servicer or Non-Lead Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Liquidity Expenses means all Liquidity Obligations other than (i) the principal amount of any Drawings under the Liquidity Facilities and (ii) any interest accrued on any Liquidity Obligations.

  • Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.

  • Servicer Expenses means any expenses incurred by the Backup Servicer, if it has become the successor Servicer in accordance with this Agreement (including any expenses incurred by the Backup Servicer in connection with the retitling or re-xxxxxxx of the Financed Vehicles), other than Repossession Expenses or Transition Expenses.

  • Net Finance Charges means, for the Reference Period, the Finance Charges according to the latest Financial Report(s), after deducting any interest payable for that Reference Period to any member of the Group and any interest income relating to cash or cash equivalent investment.

  • Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Basic Servicing Fee means the fee payable pursuant to Section 3.09 to the Servicer on each Payment Date for services rendered during the related Collection Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the Servicing Fee Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the first day of the related Collection Period or, with respect to the first Payment Date, the Original Pool Balance.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Financing Costs Adjustment Date means each of the following days:

  • Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (b) the Series 2012-1 Excess Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(a), and (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(c).

  • Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date and each Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the product of (a) one-twelfth of the Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Collection Period.

  • Servicer Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(a).

  • Master Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.
