CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT. If so designated on the Membership Application and Agreement, you hereby apply for an Eagle CU ATM Card and/or MasterCard Debit Card privileges and agree to all of the following terms and conditions.

I also agree to deliver an authorized Travel Request to the Financial Services Travel Department prior to the travel occurring. The Travel Request must be authorized by the appropriate Delegated Authority (AVP/Xxxx and/or VP); not by the Travel PCard approving official. International Travel must be pre-approved by the President. I understand that the Travel PCard is not to be used for the following types of purchases: Non-travel related purchases and expenses Travel expenses that are extravagant and/or not ordinary or reasonable Alcoholic beverages (request a separate bill to be paid personally) Meals exceeding the $55 per day allowance Incidentals exceeding the $7 per day allowance Cash advances/Travelers Checks Personal travel (University authorized travel only) Travel involving unusual risk (e.g. private planes) International travel to areas on the State Department’s Travel Warning list Default Chart String Account 606001 Fund Dept. I understand that the PCard is not to be used for the following types of purchases: • Personal items that are not purchased on behalf of or for the use by the University. • Services and repairs (with limited exceptions as specified in the PCard Policy) • Equipment over $500 or Capital purchases (items over $5000) - unless a Campus Marketplace exception in the PCard Policy • Electronics costing less than $500 that can hold sensitive data (iPads, tablets, computers, etc.) • Travel & Entertainment related purchases & expenses (e.g., airlines, auto rentals, taxi, hotel, restaurants, theater, fuel, cash advances/travelers check, etc.) The PCard can be used for conference registration fees. • Firearms, explosives, radioactive materials, controlled substances. • Food and drink, alcoholic beverages, gifts, gift certificates, gift cards, flowers and parties unless they are in accordance with the UniversityHospitality Policy and Campus Food Policy • Transactions that circumvent established controls, such as purchasing for other departments or splitting charges to circumvent established controls. • Cash advances/Travelers checks • Construction & construction related expenses, minor or major capital outlay as well as architect & engineering services. CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT. As holder of a Managed Spend PCard, I agree to accept the responsibility for the protection and proper use of this card. I understand that the approving officials’ signatures below establish the authorization for purchases during the designated fiscal year. The PCard cannot be used to purchase equipment over $500. The Managed Spend PCard is limited to a total expenditure for the fiscal year listed below and will be declined once the limit is reached. A new authorized Cardholder Agreement will be required to increase the expenditure amount.
CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT for consumers only The following terms and conditions are agreed to by you and us when we issue you a card at your request. To the extent that any of the following terms and conditions are void or unenforceable under applicable law, this Cardholder Agreement shall be treated as if such terms or conditions did notexist and all of the other terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect. All of the terms set forth in the Initial Disclosure of Terms and Conditions of Electronic Fund Transfer Services are hereby made part of this Cardholder Agreement and shall govern the use of your card. Any account which may be accessed by use of your card may also be governed by a separate set of rules and regulations which shall remain in effect with respect to such account, unless inconsistent with the agreements set forth in this Cardholder Agreement in which case the terms and conditions set forth herein shall control.
CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT. Co-Branded Accounts and use of Co-Branded Cards will be governed by the terms of the Cardholder Agreement. Such Cardholder Agreement shall comply with Applicable Law. Notwithstanding any other limitations contained in this Agreement, NextCard may amend the Cardholder Agreement at any time to comply with Applicable Law. [*]
