No Lock Out. No lock out shall be instituted by the Employer and/or its designees during the life of this Agreement.
No Lock Out. No lock-out of employees shall be instituted by the Board during the term of this Agreement.
No Lock Out. The County agrees that it will not lock out its employees during the term of this Agreement or any extension thereof.
No Lock Out. The Employer agrees that during the life of this Agreement it shall not lockout its employees.
No Lock Out. The Employer shall not lock out any employee during the term of this Agreement as a result of a labor dispute.

No Lock Out. The Employer agrees not to lockout during the term of this Agreement, provided that any action by the Employer in closing operations during a riot, civil commotion, due to acts of nature, or similar circumstances for the protection of property shall not be deemed a lockout.
