No Secret. Policy – When working with couples, all laws of confidentiality exist. I request that no separate party of the couple attempt to triangulate me into keeping a “secret” that is detrimental to the goal of therapy for the couple. If one party of the couple requests that I keep a “secret” in confidence, I may choose to end the therapy and give you referrals for other therapists as our work and your goals then become counter-productive.

In the case of an emergency call 911, your local emergency hotline or go to the nearest emergency room. Additionally, e-mail is not a substitute for sessions. If you need to be seen, please call to book an appointment. E-mail is not confidential. Do not communicate sensitive medical or mental health information via email. Furthermore, if you send email from a work computer, your employer has the legal right to read it. o If you choose to comment on my professional web pages or posts, you do so at your own risk and seeing as this may breach confidentiality.   • Public employee means an individual holding a position by appointment or employment in the government of this state, in the government of 1 or more of the political subdivisions of this state, in the public school service, in a public or special district, in the service of an authority, commission, or board, or in any other branch of the public service, subject to the following exceptions:

The Customer or Purchaser has asked the Interpreter to stay longer; or b. The Appointment specifies on the request form that the interpreter should remain on the premises for a specified duration regardless of whether the Customer shows up; or c. The Customer or Purchaser dismisses the Interpreter.

  • Bona fide employee means a person, employed by a bidder and subject to the bidder's supervision and control as to time, place, and manner of performance, who neither exerts, nor proposes to exert improper influence to solicit or obtain contracts nor holds out as being able to obtain any contract(s) through improper influence.
