O&M Procedures Manual definition

O&M Procedures Manual means the manual containing the operation and maintenance procedures prepared by Operator and EPC Contractor and approved by Owner.

O&M Procedures Manual means the complete system instructions and procedures for the operation, service and maintenance of the Wind Turbines, including Seller's and any applicable subcontractors' recommended list of Parts, lubrication requirements, frequency of Scheduled Maintenance, and certain other safety information and precautionary measures for the Wind Turbines.
O&M Procedures Manual means the O&M procedures manual prepared by Owner as well as all operating manuals supplied by all vendors or manufacturers for all material Parts, components and systems of the Project.
