Pacific Funds in the Agreement are hereby changed to “Pacific Life Funds.”
Pacific Funds and any derivative thereof or logo associated with those names are the valuable property of the Investment Adviser and its affiliates, and that the Fund Manager shall not use such names (or derivatives or logos) without the prior written approval of the Investment Adviser and only so long as the Investment Adviser is an investment adviser to Pacific Funds and/or the Funds. Upon termination of the Investment Advisory Agreement between Pacific Funds and the Investment Adviser, the Fund Manager shall forthwith cease to use such name (or derivative or logo).

Each Acquiring Fund is a shell series, without assets or liabilities, created for the purpose of acquiring the Assets and Obligations (as defined below) of the Corresponding Acquired Fund. This Agreement provides for multiple Reorganizations and each Reorganization between an Acquired Fund and its Corresponding Acquiring Fund shall be treated as if it had been the subject of a separate agreement. Each Acquired Fund and the Pacific Funds Trust acting for itself and on behalf of each Acquired Fund, and each Corresponding Acquiring Fund and the Aristotle Trust acting for itself and on behalf of each Corresponding Acquiring Fund, is acting separately from all of the other parties and their series, and not jointly or jointly and severally with any other party. The parties hereto therefore covenant and agree as follows:

Upon termination of this Agreement between Pacific Funds, Pacific Life, and PIMCO, Pacific Funds (or Funds) shall forthwith cease to use such name (or derivative or logo).
Pacific Funds. Core Income, Pacific Funds Floating Rate Income, Pacific Funds High Income, Pacific Funds Short Duration Income, Pacific Funds Strategic Income and Pacific Funds Ultra Short Income are, together, the “PF Fixed Income Funds.” The expense caps for Class P shares of the PF Fixed Income Funds that are offered as Underlying Funds are stated in Schedule D to this Agreement.
Pacific Funds or any derivative thereof or logo associated with those names are the valuable property of the Administrator and its affiliates, and that the Fund and/or the Portfolios shall use such names (or derivatives or logos) only so long as this Agreement or an agreement between the Fund and the Administrator related to the investment management of the Portfolios ("Investment Advisory Agreement") is in effect. Upon termination of this Agreement and any Investment Advisory Agreement with respect to a Portfolio, the Fund (or Portfolio) shall forthwith cease to use such name (or derivative or logo) and, in case of the Fund, shall promptly amend its Certificate of Trust to change its name.
Pacific Funds means the shares of certain series of the Pacific Funds, a Delaware statutory trust registered as an open-end management investment company with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Only those series of the Pacific Funds that, from time to time, have been approved by the Trustee will be available under the Plan. The Pacific Funds serve as the “Investment Options” available in the Plan.

Pacific Funds or any derivative thereof or logo associated with those names is the valuable property of the Manager and its affiliates, and that the Fund and/or the Series have the right to use such names (or derivatives or logos) only so long as this Agreement shall continue with respect to such Fund and/or Series. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Fund (or Series) shall forthwith cease to use such names (or derivatives or logos) and, in the case of the Fund, shall promptly amend its Certificate of Trust to change its name (if such name is included therein).
