Mortgagee may require Mortgagor to assemble the Personalty Collateral and make it available to Mortgagee at a place to be designated by Mortgagee which is reasonably convenient to both parties.
Unless the Personalty Collateral is perishable or threatens to decline speedily in value or is of a type customarily sold on a recognized market, Mortgagee will send Mortgagor reasonable notice of the time and place of any public sale or of the time after which any private sale or other disposition of the Personalty Collateral is to be made.
Mortgagee shall have the right to take possession of the Personalty Collateral, and for this purpose Mortgagee may enter upon any premises on which any or all of the Personalty Collateral is situated and, to the extent that Mortgagor could do so, take possession of and operate the Personalty Collateral or remove it therefrom.
Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of any Event of Default, Mortgagee or the Trustee may proceed against the Personalty Collateral in accordance with the rights and remedies granted herein with respect to the Realty Collateral, or will have all rights and remedies granted by the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in Texas and this Deed of Trust.
