"PJM Tariff" means the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff providing transmission service within the PJM Control Area. 30. "Planning Period" has the meaning set forth in the PJM Reliability Agreement. 31. "Service Load" means (i) all of Pepco's default service retail electric energy customers located in Pepco's service territory, as such territory exists on the Effective Date, in the State of Maryland and (ii) qualifying facilities to which Pepco is obligated to sell energy pursuant to the rates and terms set forth in Pepco's qualifying facilities tariff on file with the Maryland Public Service Commission which is currently designated as MD-CG-SPP. 35. "Summer Month" means each Month during the period of May 1 through September 30. 36. "Winter Month" means each Month during the period of October 1 through April 30. Part B.   • Operator means the operator of an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application with actual knowledge that the site, service, or application is used for K–12 school purposes. Any entity that operates an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application that has entered into a signed, written agreement with an LEA to provide a service to that LEA shall be considered an “operator” for the purposes of this section.

  • Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.

  • Operating System refers to the software that manages the Hardware Device. You have the right to use the Operating System delivered with the Hardware Device (and any updates acquired through our technical support services) only as incorporated in, and as part of, the Hardware Device and subject to the terms of the license agreement(s) delivered with or on the Hardware Device. Current versions of the license agreements are located in the documentation for the Hardware Device.
