PJM System Operator definition

PJM System Operator means the PJM Interconnection LLC energy control center staff responsible for central dispatch as provided in the PJM Agreement.
PJM System Operator means the energy control center staff responsible for central dispatch as provided in the PJM Agreement, as amended or superseded.
PJM System Operator means the PJM Interconnection LLC energy control center staff responsible for central dispatch as provided in the PJM Agreement. 29. "PJM Tariff" means the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff providing transmission service within the PJM Control Area. 30. "Planning Period" has the meaning set forth in the PJM Reliability Agreement. 31. "Renewable Energy Resources" means renewable energy resource as defined in md Code, public utility Companies Section 1.01(z). 32. "Renewable Energy Percent" means electricity from Renewable Energy Resources which is equal to 0.997 percent of the Required Energy or Optional Energy, as applicable. 33. "Required Energy" means the Required Energy Percent of Pepco's Full Energy Requirements, including the Renewable Energy Percent. 34. "Service Load" means (i) all of Pepco's default service retail electric energy customers located in Pepco's service territory, as such territory exists on the Effective Date, in the State of Maryland and (ii) qualifying facilities to which Pepco is obligated to sell energy pursuant to the rates and terms set forth in Pepco's qualifying facilities tariff on file with the Maryland Public Service Commission which is currently designated as MD-CG-SPP. 35. "Summer Month" means each Month during the period of May 1 through September 30. 36. "Winter Month" means each Month during the period of October 1 through April 30. Part B.
