Plan Supplement Documents means the documents to be included in the Plan Supplement, including the forms of documents to be executed, delivered and/or performed in connection with the implementation and consummation of this Plan.
Plan Supplement Documents means the documents to be executed, delivered, assumed and/or performed in conjunction with the consummation of the Plan on the Effective Date including, but not limited to, the Restated Bylaws, the Restated Certificate of Incorporation, the Equity Incentive Plan, the Emergence Incentive Plan, the Director Severance Plan, the Intercreditor Agreements, the New Revolver Facility Credit Agreement, the New First Lien Indenture, the New Second Lien Indenture, any documents to be executed by the Escrow Issuer in connection with the New First Lien Notes Offering and New Second Lien Notes Offering, the Stockholders Agreement, and, to the extent applicable, the New PIK Notes Indenture and the New Preferred Stock Certificate of Designation. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Plan Supplement Documents must be reasonably acceptable to the Committee. Each of the Plan Supplement Documents to be entered into as of the Effective Date will be filed in draft form in the Plan Supplement.
Plan Supplement Documents means, collectively, documents and forms of documents, and all exhibits, attachments, schedules, agreements, documents and instruments referred to in the Plan Supplement, ancillary or otherwise, all of which are incorporated by reference into, and are an integral part of, this Plan, as all of the same may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time. The Plan Supplement Documents will include, without limitation, the following documents: the Restructuring Transaction Steps Memorandum, the Equity Allocation Mechanism, the Exit Term Loan Facility Credit Agreement, the New Governance Documents, the Exit Securitization Program Documents, the New Second Lien Warrants Agreement, the Special Warrants Agreement, the Schedule of Retained Causes of Action, the identity of the members of the New Board and any officers of the Reorganized Debtors, and the Schedule of Rejected Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases.
Examples of Plan Supplement Documents in a sentence
The Exit Facility and the execution and delivery by the Reorganized Debtors of the Exit Facility Credit Agreement and the Plan Supplement Documents, as applicable, shall be approved pursuant to the Confirmation Order.
To the extent any such director or officer is an “insider” as such term is defined in § 101(31) of the Bankruptcy Code, the nature of any compensation to be paid to such director or officer will also be disclosed in the Plan Supplement Documents.
A draft form of the Plan Supplement Documents to be entered into as of the Effective Date and any other appropriate documents shall be contained in the Plan Supplement and filed with the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court five days prior to the Confirmation Hearing.
The City reserves the right to modify, amend, supplement, restate or withdraw any of the Plan Supplement Documents after they are Filed and shall promptly make such changes available on the Document Website.

More Definitions of Plan Supplement Documents
Plan Supplement Documents means the following documents: (i) the New First Lien Indenture, (ii) the New Corporate Governance Documents, (iii) the list setting forth the identities of the New FFN Board and the boards of directors of the other Reorganized Debtors, (iv) the Management Incentive Plan, if any, (v) the schedule setting forth the Executory Contracts or Unexpired Leases to be rejected by the Debtors, (vi) the Notice of the Cure amounts for the Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be assumed by the Debtors, (vii) a schedule of Restructuring Transactions, and (viii) such other documents as set forth in the Plan Supplement.
Plan Supplement Documents means the documents, including (each as necessary and to the extent applicable under the Restructuring or Liquidation Alternatives) the Schedule of Assumed Contracts and Non-Real Property Leases, the Creditors Trust Agreement, the Creditors Trust Agreement, a description of the Plan Sponsor, the New Equity Infusion Documents, the Exit Financing Documents (if any), and the identity of the individuals who will serve on the Reorganized Debtors’ initial board(s) of directors, all of which shall be included in a notice Filed with the Bankruptcy Court not less than ten (10) days prior to the Voting Deadline, unless otherwise established by the Court in a separate Order. The Plan Supplement Documents may be reviewed via the Bankruptcy Court’s ECF docket for this Case, via www.jndla.com/cases/rdmotors, or requested in writing from the Debtors’ counsel.
Plan Supplement Documents means the New Cubic Energy Constituent Documents, the New Cubic Energy Senior Secured Notes, the Modified Cubic Asset XX Xxxxxx, and the Assumed Contract List.

Plan Supplement Documents means the documents and information as the Debtors determine to be necessary or appropriate to the implementation and/or confirmation of the Plan, including the New CoBiz Note, the New CoBiz Security Agreement, and the New Coulton Creek Note.
