Polygraph Tests. The Employer agrees that polygraph or similar lie detector tests will not be used.
Polygraph Tests. No Employer shall demand or require any applicant for employment or prospective employment or any employee to submit to or take a polygraph lie detector or similar test or examination as a condition of employment or continued employment.
Polygraph Tests. No employee shall be required to take a polygraph examination, and no disciplinary action shall be taken against any employee for refusing to take a polygraph examination. However, if any employee consents to a polygraph examination, the results of that examination may not be used or offered in any judicial or quasi-judicial proceeding (other than grievance-arbitration proceedings under this Agreement) unless required by court order.
Polygraph Tests. The Employer will comply with state law with respect to the giving of polygraph or voice stress indicator examinations. Upon request of the Employee, he/she may be afforded the opportunity to take a polygraph at the Employee’s expense.

Polygraph Tests. The Employer will not require a Police Officer to submit to a polygraph test, however, a polygraph test may be required as a part of a pre-employment evaluation or during the probationary period for a new officer.
